If you have a vehicle that doesn't have any power at all even with jumping or a new battery. Check your main fuses or if there is a fusible wire link. Remember to get a fusible wire link that is 2 sizes smaller than the wiring it's protecting.
I guess this wasn't the worst buy afterall. At least it works and runs well.
