Almost 4 months later I finally upload my general video of the 2016 Rally Legend which takes place in San Marino. Enjoy this 13 minutes video where you can see and hear the various rally icon from the past (Group 4, Group B and Group A) together with the modern WRCs from the 2000s!

Ah that's just fantastic! Loved the Ascona 400 and Lotus Talbot....don't see much old classics like that any more. Must give a special mention to the Skoda 130r, one of the coolest rally cars of all time. Once again, thanks bozzy. Fabulous stuff full of nostalgia for me. 😊

Hello Bozzy. How do you hold back something this great for nearly 4 months? haha. Just revvin' your engine, bro. 😉 I know you're a busy man, coming out with this much amazing content on a daily basis. Wow, I can totally see the fascination with the Group B rally cars, especially the Audi Quattro. 💙👂Those engines produce some of the sweetest sounds imaginable! Just as I remember from days gone by, Marcus Gronholm and his WRC car are both awesome. I believe my favorite from this one is Armin Schwarz in the ST165 Celica. I know it's oldschool and dated by today's standards, but holy shit that thing absolutely rips! Perfect combination of car and driver and navigator. I just want to let you know, I think it's great that you do these superb productions and share your love for all things automotive with the world! Bravo to you again, sir! 👏 Have a great weekend, my friend!

Thanks as always for your great comment Mick! It's challenging to upload a video almost every day but I'm quite sure I'll be rewarded with some nice results in the long period... That Celica driven by Schwarz was definitely on steroids, it surprised me leaving the special stage's start as fast as the modern WRCs. I've never liked background noises when I record. Even a people talking a few meters away makes me quite upset. But before being at that Rally Legend event I told myself: "horns and people cheering up the drivers are part of the show, so why not recording them too?". So first day ok, second day ok, third day at that hairpin (1:00) after 3 cars had passed I was litteraly going crazy, both because the quieter cars couldn't stand above that sound and because the guys with the trumpet in a meaningless way. Just make 3-4 "beeps" and then stop it!! So after this experience yes, I hate them too

Definitely anti-lag. Basically it runs the engine richer (more fuel) than normal when you're off throttle meaning some fuel doesn't get burned in the cylinders but flashes in the exhaust, keeping the exhaust pressure high and the turbo spinning, so that when they stand on the gas again they're already at nearly full boost and don't have to wait for the turbo to spool.

You need some kind of vip pass to enter the closed park where all the cars are?

The closed park is always "closed" to public even if you have a vip pass, since it's the place where the judges and marshals do the inspections before and after every races. So the cars must remain untouched. But I think you mean see the cars when they are steady at their team stands or "boxes", right? Usually you can go there whitout any problem, but for this particular event you have to have at least the weekend ticket to enter that area. 99% of times you don't have to pay anything to watch a rally but the organizers of Rally Legend want you to pay even to see the special stages on the roads

Si trova circa ad 1/3 della prova dove fanno lo shakedown e la prova speciale i Laghi del venerdì. La strada penso si chiami Strada dei Laghi e il punto è vicino a dove si incrociano Strada dei Laghi e Strada Bugari (vicino al confine tra San Marino e l'Italia)
