I made these this morning and they turned out perfect🎉🎉🎉

Watched this and a couple of your other sourdough videos. I ended up trying your biscuits, (just in the oven) and the wife and I loved them. Thanks for the videos you, Clay and your family produce.

I made these this morning. They were perfect treat for Easter weekend. I added a teaspoon of lemon zest and substituted in a cup of huckleberries instead of blueberries.

Great recipe, cozy cabin and a wonderful morning. I have to try this recipe! P.s. can I have your dog? LOL, he’s so cute!

Cold butter is the secret. I use a cheese grater when I do up some biscuits.

You mentioned you wanted to use your Dutch oven. Would you recommend yo use a Dutch oven with lid on? I have a cast iron Dutch oven.
