I got braces 3 times. I lost my retainer, so my teeth shifted. I ordered a home kit and listened to people saying the orthodontist make getting braces expensive. I had to take many impressions before they excepted me. They came, and I wore them all the time. Well, after completion, my bite was messed up. I went to see an orthodontist, and I was referred to Invisilign. My bite is being corrected.
Made it through elementary, middle, and high school without getting braces. I’m now 19. I’ve always had crooked bottom teeth, but my teeth are clean and white and natural. I even have wisdom teeth but don’t intend to remove them unless they are painful or growing incorrectly. Crooked teeth are unique y’all, fuck capitalist American norms 😂 plus often braces are just a means for more braces because like you said, they shift and some people have to wear retainers forever anyways... only worth it if your teeth are a medical issue in my opinion
This is why I'm just going to accept the way my jaw is even though I bite weird. It would actually be worse cause I could chew better. I don't need that I'm literally too fat.
Wisdom teeth will mess up orthodontist work. My daughter is just 15. About to come out of braces she will be sent immediately to have them removed for that reason. Our orthodontist is big on that. We sign a contract that we will have them removed or they aren't responsible for teeth moving due to wisdom teeth.
Jennifer Stansberry Ohh i see yeah my situation was diff because i got my braces done with the same dentist that cleans my teeth so I never went to an actual ortho for them and they never discussed any of that with me :/
Dawn Divine that sucks too. It's painful and expensive. Since my parents never took me I am almost 38 with traditional braces. I wish you luck! I would be devastated.
It could be either the fact the retainers didnt fit or your wisdom teeth are growing out? I still have my braces on but wisdom teeth can cause issues, depending on your case. For me it was a major issue so I got rid of them. (best feeling ever!)

let's just blame the ortho for not giving correct sizing, cuz you said you forgot but I feel like it hurt too much so you're like fuck it (Subconsciously). Also if you had crowding you know how annoying everything can get so wisdom teeth just make everything worse, so good luck with the surgery. the drugs they give do wonders I can't remember shit, and I had it like a few days ago too! 😂

@@chinita1pr oo i see what you're saying..most youtubers tend to become more comfortable in truly expressing themselves after years of making videos once they find comfort in doing so, which I personally have been able to do gradually over the years. i just like to over exaggerate my snappy attitude for comedic effect and i also just happen to naturally be a sassy individual and like to show it now! this is also meant to be a rant video which also can explain why the ''snappiness'' comes off as too much lol but thank u :)
