As a former Vegas resident myself, let me tell you, that was about as UN Metro as it gets. 9 out of 10 Metro engagements I have seen have been immediate escalation and assumption of guilt..often from the get go of who knows what since they just got there. Most UN Metro engagement I have ever seen. 5 Freaking stars for that gentlemen. I'm literally sitting here stunned, that was polar opposite from what I expected, and believe me, they earned that presumption. Kudos for the reversal.

It's funny because that wasn't even an easement....that was literally a PUBLIC sidewalk. An easement is the small plot of land designated as such because some areas have no sidewalks. So an easement is created to give people the right to travel off of the road without being in fear of trespassing.

It IS illegal to waste law enforcement's time & to file false police reports & waste 911 time!!! However, the cops NEVER follow through on these, because they really do NOT want to ACTUALLY do their job!!!

Unless a video of a Karen calling the police, especially on a minority, gets posted. Then there is usually an arrest of the caller, after they have already lost their jobs.

It is illegal to file a false police report in the US. That is discerned objectively. It is not illegal to waste the policemans time, because that charge is subjective in nature. There is no objective way to discern what would constitute breaking such a law. Here in the US everyone is armed. They aren't fucking with us over subjective nonsense. Jason is an exceptional photographer and there were stills he took in b&w that were exquisite..I think a focus on how the regular public know their rights is important. It is expected from tyrant cops but the people need to be educated to really make a change.
