U.S. Constitution NOT void where prohibited by law !!
We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

@@slicksnewonenow Appreciate our response and question., I will give you an honest and straight answer to your question. You will have a mixed response which will vary. If the "oath keeper", who has been taught to blindly follow the orders of his/her commander, and values the security of their paycheck more than the value of their oath, they will go along with the program. However, there are MANY of us who value their oath above any paycheck, regardless of orders from above. You will never know or even see them in action because they will take the appropriate action from a "stealth" mode. There will not be much appreciation or respect for those who violate their oath!. I have personally known Marines who have told me if this ever goes down(SHTF), it will be the FIRST time they will feel as if they are truly "defending" or fighting for their country from enemies, both foreign and domestic. I can assure you they know other wars they have been sent into e.g. Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan where they have first hand witnessed the death of fellow soldiers(for what?) makes an indelible impression in their minds that will never leave them in short order. The true cost, invisible to the public eye(for the most part) has been very high for our military and most of them do not forget the reason why they chose to serve their country. I can assure you it was not to serve the criminals that may run the country. It will not be a pretty sight. Here is something very few in the public know. Compare the two below Oaths of Office for Marines. I cannot speak for other branches of the service. Enlisted Marine: ""I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." Marine Officer: "I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God". Notice the Marine Officer never takes an oath to obey the orders of those above him/her, including the President Of The United States. His oath remains to his country and his God! Oath keeper enlisted Marines will proudly follow the orders of these type officers. That is your answer!

Honestly, the security guard is probably a really cool dude and you could tell he wanted to say more but minced his words because he was uncomfortable. With that said though you could also tell he was getting progressively more nervous and that his gears were turning after hearing you talk for a bit and explain the truth to him. He literally reflected on his own kids and reality that you were laying down and you could immediately see it on his face the entire time.. I hope the man learned something from this experience and uses that to move himself and family forward on their own constitutional journey.

I love what you guys do. That said, I once had to get food stamps many years ago. It was the most embarrassing and ashamed of myself for not being able to fully support my family as I had before my injury. The last thing I would have wanted is for someone who knew me seeing me there.I got off them as soon as I recovered because I was depressed and ashamed that my wife had to stand in line at the store paying with food stamps. So depressed in fact that being recorded doing it might have pushed me over the edge. I don't like saying it here and no one knows me for sure. However at the same time, I would have tried to hide not approach the guy with the camera and then claimed he scared me either. I really don’t think I would be here now if I had been seen applying for help. Thanks mom and dad for raising me to think in such a way. I remember hearing comments about how those worthless people should starve. I found myself being one of those worthless people. Just saying, I survived it. But if anyone knew, I wonder????????

No one should be afraid or shamed about getting the help. That is what it is for, to help you get a leg up during your "down" time from medical reasons or layoffs, no fault of your own. I would be very happy to spend my tax dollars for people just to help them until they get on their feet or supplement the help with low income folks who are trying to improve their wage status. What I am against are the career welfare people who have absolutely NO desire to get work, self entitled, or doing "job after job" each month.
