Finally Shark is my favorite character in zexal and i top 4 in locals with this deck, btw Im about to comment asking about the updated shark deck profile from your previous vid. But here we are.
@Kiratwig2 I know how to use the new rank up chaos cards but I find the wording very misleading and confusing. Confident if they replace "sent to graveyard and activated" with "sent card to graveyard is now this cards effect."? "Seventh Assension, Barian Chaos draw and seventh Eternity".?
@Kiratwig2 seriously man don't u think the wording needs a less complex ruling. As far as I know Rank up Seventh one activates in hand nothing activates if it goes to the graveyard.
Damn I wasn't expecting the deck to be this pure. I'm too used to seeing a decklist for an archetype and over half the cards aren't even part of the archetype
I don't know if Xyz Remora is really necessary, but I could be wrong. One suggestion if you want to change it up, you can play Mudragon of the Swamp. It is far better than Rare Fish. It has targeting protection. Another Spell you can run as a 2-of, is XYZ Import. You can steal your opponent's monsters and use them as XYZ material.
remora is typically a staple for all shark decks since the archetype primarily focuses on xyz summons. as stated above, silent ark is good option (but keep in mind the effect to revive the materials only work if them or at least two fish monsters in graveyard are level 4; some level 4 can be used as level 5 material for xyz summons lile buzzsaw and lantern sharks). another great option, if you dont need the special summon effect, is Number Kragen. usually i would summon it first and then use remora for mats to summon bahamut shark and toad
Would you recommend using the new Moray of Avarice from Power of the Elements in this deck? And if so what should be taken out, personally I’m thinking the Barian’s Chaos Draw’s though I know they synergize well with Seventh Ascension. Also can anyone tell me why you should bother running RUM The Seventh One over Quick Chaos? Seems like Quick Chaos is much better and isn’t a dead card in your hand should you open up with it (until you play Seventh Ascension)
