I secretly have my headphones in, marching to this every single game during my marching band's halftime performance. It's become a tradition for me, I think it's good luck. Since we've beat the teams we've been going against to the pulp, and are now 4 games into our playoffs.
The first song I heard was teenagers,my parents may or may not have told me that I couldn’t listen to music with swearing in it,and I may or may not have completely ignored that rule. Also one time I was singing it while making popcorn and my brother then made fun of me because “that song is ten years old”. This is why I don’t spend time with my family. They always make fun of me.
If you check my Chems Spotify page these songs are not classified under Conventional weapons , instead it is classified under playlist called " Number 1" "Number 2" and so on and Kiss the ring is under playlist "number 4" I do think it might related to Klaus and/or The Umbrella Academy cause when we see Number 3 playlist the thumbnail on the playlist is a pocket knife close to something diego would obviously carry
Kiss the Ring (Lyrics) My Chemical Romance Hail! Hail! Kill the girls To get paid And put the whole damn room on the edge of a blade You'll get far Stay clean And the world starts believing I'll keep believing That the world Can make a change But the suicide dolls are the last ones to mate So come hard Stay clean And sing songs for the damned now Hail! Hail! 'Cause the king is gone And if you don't stop believing We'll keep believing And put the record on And live the life that you're making Shots that your taking So grab the cash and run And let the suits watch each other Kill one another It doesn't matter if the words don't mean a thing You're gonna kiss that ring Well alright Move back the walls And keep the faith Don't leave a dry eye left in the back of place Is it hard To stay clean? And if you all keep believing I'll keep believing That the world Drives the saints And put your shotgun shells In the hills it makes So come hard Stay clean Because we don't give a damn now Hail! Hail! 'Cause the king is gone And if you don't stop believing We'll keep believing You got your letter on And live the life that you're making Shots that you're taking! It doesn't matter if the words don't mean a thing You're gonna kiss that ring You're gonna kiss that ring! Hail! Hail! 'Cause the king is gone Hail! Hail! 'Cause the king is gone Hail! Hail! 'Cause the king is gone Hail! Hail! 'Cause the king is The king is gone Hail! Hail! Hail! Hail! Hail! 'Cause the king is gone! And of you don't stop believing We'll keep believing You got your letter on And live the life that you're making Shots that you're taking! So grab the cash and run And let the suits watch each other Kill one another It doesn't matter if the words don't mean a thing Fist up Head down Hail! Hail! To the king Ahora si... denada :vr
This would fit really well in a bank robbery/heist scene or some sort of gangster movie Makes me wanna pull up to the bank in an armored truck with a crew of dudes in masks holding machine guns or something
omg i remember hearing the live version of this song and wanting a studio version so bad and being so frustrated because they would not release it xD good ol' times :')
I FORGOT ABOUT CONVENTIONAL WEAPONS FOR THE LONGST TIME AND THEN THIS MORNING I WOKE UP AND FELT THE STRONG URGE TO LISTEN TO IT SHIT I FORGOT HOW GREAT IT IS.
This is my favorite song by them, and that means a lot coming from a person who normally can’t pick favorites because they “like them all”,I describe picking your favorite song like picking your favorite child, you know you have one,but sometimes it’s hard to decide.
Wow, I'm pretty sure I at least like /every/ song MCR performed; the ones I wasn't particularly fond of before (all of which from Bullets) have grown on me, damn I love 'em >.
I am 16, and I loved them since I was 8 years old, I would even say the same.. believe it or not, at that early age I used to watch them on MTV, or read about them on magazines, yet, I consider myself a #1 fan, It is not a matter of age.. anyone can relate to MCR.. and I understand very well, the concept of each album despite the age and I have to say that MCR helped me out a lot in my life, mainly because of the meaning each song had and how I related so much, it was crazy..
all the conventional weapons songs are a combination of all the other albums to make some of the best songs ive ever heard. i cant stop listening to these songs.
Damn MCR never ceases to amaze me...Especially with these Conventional Weapons songs. Such a variety of styles and sounds that feel from different eras yet still sound unmistakably MCR. This song kinda sounds like something out of the 60's or 70's.
I'm starting to fathom why they hadn't released these. Not because they were bad, because I mean honestly! They felt we weren't READY for it yet, and they were right. Besides, if these hadn't been scrapped then the amazingly radioactive neon-splosion that is the story of the most fabulous, party-crashing, Drac-blasting Killjoys we've come to know and love would NEVER have existed! So come MCRmy! And let us enjoy these fliptastic pieces of the "lost album" we like to call Conventional Weapons!
I grew up with old MCR. I absolutely loved their first 3 albums, especially the Black Parade. Even though Danger Days and Conventional Weapons are different from their older stuff, I enjoy them just as much. Possibly even more.
