Get well soon to Mia terrible timing but I’m sure she will do great in the exams (pressure is off due to illness). Hopefully you can get back to running regularly soon. The dog walking will be keeping you fit. Good luck with the Parkrun.

Sorry to hear about your daughter, thats almost the hardest part of being a parent, when you' cannot really help. Hope she recovers soon and with the faith everything turns out fine you'll get back to running. My own running works. quite well, had a bloddy toe this morning after my pre work 17k Run 🤪

@@ThatRunningGuy yes, was just a tiny cut from the other toe nail but the insole of my Mach 4 was soaked with blood 🤷🏼‍♀️

Sorry you had to go through that. I ran Manchester marathon and was down in the dumps for a good while missing out on a sub 3 via 10 seconds but stuff like this puts it into perspective and sometimes I just need to be grateful I had I good run. Wish you all the best

Sorry to hear about this. I had to watch my daughter get resuscitated when she was born, it's just hoffic to watch isn't it? Fortunately she was fine in the end. Wishing your daughter a speedy recovery.

Sorry to hear about the complications with your daughter, hopefully she is on the mend now, as for your running mojo I’m sure it will return when the daughter is much better, I must say though that this running malarkey is bloody difficult, we are mental 🤣 sometimes though after a good run it all seems worthwhile 😀
