Watch what is like for me to work the morning shift at my vegan bakery! Let's get the store ready by making the pineapple buns and croissants! Let me know in the comments below if you'd like to see more of what I do!
It's always fun and interesting watching behind the scenes of making foods and whatnot, but most of the times, there're only non-vegan bakery. I'm just getting tired watching all egg cracking and using animal milk, etc. Thank goodness that there's a vegan bakery channel doing the behind-the-scenes stuffs (I mean, from an actual bakery shop). Great! Now I'm hooked. Thank you for sharing. 👍
Everything looks so delicious! I can tell how much work goes into the artistic recipes you create. Thank you for all you do to spread the Vegan word! 💚🍃
Hi, how is it going? Do you have any sources you’d recommend? Or what was been the best things you’ve done? I’ve have work as a baker, but I don’t want to use animals anymore :( I’m scared people not gonna like what I make vegan
I love Level V bakery. I order your stuff through whisk matcha cafe. I absolutely love the almond croissants. I think I will start ordering your stuff for parties in the future.
Hi Marley! Thanks for ordering! Whisk Matcha and Level V Bakery share the same space :) Yes please stop by and order some almond croissants! If you know of any cafes who could benefit from more plant-based options, we would love to partner with them as well.
Excellent, have been vegan for many years now and could never go back! Your bakery is beautiful and what you are making looks delicious!! Any chance for the recipe for the bun dough, would love to give it a try.
Thank you for the video! I’m in the process right now with a bank to get a loan to open a vegan bakery and I’m getting nervous. Mostly I’m nervous because I really want to keep cost down for the baked goods and so I’m afraid I’m not making actual profit to keep the bakery open. I’m currently working on recipes and I was wondering what is your opinion on how many options to have on the display case? Thank you!
I realized that if you boil (atleast) whole psyllium seeds you get this gel which is very gelatin/egg whites like in constistency atleast. Could be very useful in baking or making desserts. I'm on a diet, I dont eat oil, add salt or sugar and I dont bake. Could some of you try it and spread the word? Thank you to whom do 🌻
