Eat in calories deficit,exercise everyday agr nahi kr skty to walk alteast for 25 to 30 mins or avoid junk food and eat healthy like vegetables and fiber rich food …

@@sidra11673 if you follow this diet you can easily lose 3 to 4 kgs in month …with exercises or calories you can take according to your age I consume at least 1750 to 1900 calories.
