We have implemented the tart cherry for our running athlete and her sleep scores are improving! She was getting the hours but woke up often, now she is sleeping well through the night. : )

Before starting supplements, people should take their Inside Tracker lab results to their medical professional. There are a few medications out there that have interactions with magnesium (antibiotics, blood pressure, thyroid, heart), so people should be careful about that.

I feel breathlessness when i run.. But when i walk atleast 4-5 kms.. i never feel breathlessness.. neither i get tired.. and even i can hold my breath upto 2 mins without any problem.. so what do you think what's the reason behind that..

@@technicaltalent7669 does you being breathless happen everytime? If you're just starting to run it is natural to be out of breath until your stamina builds.
@@adamnichols3506 well when i was a kid i feel breathless almost every time.. but as i grew up this condition got disappear.. now adays i feel breathlessness only when i run.. or do some aerobic exercise... I think the one reason was that.. When i was a kid i never drank milk.. Never eaten chicken vegetables.. and any other healthy component.. I only ate potato realted foods... But now i can eat chicken beef fish eggs.. (not Vegetables 😂) and also a can't drink milk
