I cut mines of almost two years four months ago regretted it ever since got my second set today can’t wait to see how far this journey is about to take off

hey bro ive been using gel and a brush and they are looking good and locking but did you also sleep in a durag and sponge it when you woke up and put gel on it then
During those 15 months, did you do anything on your dreadlocks or did you have to do some kind of maintenance, such as passing the sponge through your hair or something like that?
@@dheze2313 well, i did 2 failed sets and now i am on the third try, i have been in this set for 2 months. I am truly at a 99% this this is the definitive because i washed my hair 3 times, and I notice that it becomes more and more resistant to water. My only fear is the beach or the pool because the summer its coming and idk if my dreads will not come undo in the water. Also in summer I usually go to the beach a lot.
I hate my dreads. The stylist made them too thick she said I couldn’t have them thinner because I don’t have “black people hair”. Is it possible that I can have dreads that look like yours without being black?
I try to grow dreads(im at the beginner stage) but usually when I wake up in the morning my hair be all fucked up n shit💔so i always have to wet them every morning and when I wet them they can’t even lock🤦🏽♂️
