Before doing Ho'opono opono I pray to Archangel Michael and Archangel Haniel for self alignment and emotional healing.Everyday on a fixed time do Ho'opono opono as you forgiving yourself with the strong intention of accepting and take responsibility of your life and it's betterment. Write a letter to self, write one thing everyday with a new prompt.For eg: why am I so insecure, why am I jealous around successful people?How worthy I am? when I think of childhood what makes me angry?When I think of childhood troubles what do I remember about my parents? What emotions do I avoid?How do i deal with my failures? What do I do and what do I overdo?What traits do I dislike in others?What is it that I am trying to avoid in my life?When I am being hardest on myself and why?Make Column 1 and column 2.All the things that depletes me in Colomn 1.All the things that elevate you.
The technque you told us to do . I am doing it and it really help . I did journally for more than 3 mnths and now i cant stop myself coz of prompt i get to know about myself more . And day by day i get more proud of myself . Its just you do so many things in your life and then u forget them but when u write them try to recollect your moment u get to know each day why u r like this what situations make u like this and what is happening and why its like u strted getting ans of all your question it really help you to know yourself better if u think u know yourself 1%than after doing this you will reach 100 % and more than that
