To the guy in the first story, it wasn’t her brother who burglarized your apartment. It was her husband/boyfriend. None of his girls have brothers just keep that in mind. And the scam started when she asked you to pay 30,000 baht to get her out of the bar. That was just a test to see how gullible you are. There’s no contract these girls sign to work in a bar! They either show up for work or they don’t.

@@allangreenley9901 I’ve even seen a guy who married a bar girl and when the guy and bar girl came back to Thailand for a visit, years later they went by the old bar, and the mama-san demanded some sort of compensation! And his "wife” didn’t say a word because she was it on the scam! Just wait till he meets her "boyfriend-brother” up in Esan that guy is going to want money every day of their visit!!!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

No bargirls for me. Unfortunately, the bank clerk or the cashier at Seven-Eleven can be just as duplicitous. I have dated a number of women who had no connection to bars and I did not see any difference in their demeanor and the bargirls. They need money and they will do anything and tell any lie to get it.

Same with my virgin student wife from a major Bangkok university. She had never even been inside a bar. Just as damned dark evil soul and tried to steal all of my bank account one Sunday, taking my ATM card out of my wallet while I was asleep. After I had paid the marriage dowry and respected all of their traditions and culture back at her parents' home in the village, making them suddenly rich. The ruse wore off fast with her. No sincerity or honesty.

you don't just date the girl in Thailand or the Philippines, you date her whole family too (and pay for them as well if you are gullible enough). this is not exclusive for Thailand, but please don't leave your drink alone, not even for a second and don't ask a stranger to look after it. I'm from the Faroe Islands, a very small and quiet country and being drugged while out drinking happens here too. they drug you and they take everything from you, it is really really nasty. if you go to the bathroom, take your beer with you, unless your friend takes care of it at the table.

Story one .. I have known my gf 2 yrs , one year in person , rarely asked for money , she contributes to buying food , veg , fruit etc , recently though she has assumed I would pay her dental bill , cover wages while on holiday, I reiterated again I’m not a money machine , and she has now turned a bit cool 😅.. money is the only thing at the end of the day they think of ..not just bar girls who can be like this either ..

Do you remember as a child, your parents would take you to an amusement park? You have so much fun with the different rides and activities. You eventually go home. You can't take the rides with you, only the memories. It's the same thing when it comes to Pattaya. Now you are in an adult playground. Enjoy the rides and the memories, you can't bring the rides back to your own country. In other words, put an end to your experience with the girls in Pattaya.

To the guy in the first story he could have been sending the money home to HIS family and kids in Australia. Instead his peace and quiet was ruined by bringing a random stranger, a woman from a bar, into his living space. And he's paying for it! Overlooking how he magically obtained a Thai permanent residency visa. If the guy was so desperate for companionship he should have got a cat or dog and saved himself huge aggravation and cost. The streets are full of stray cats and dogs. How desperate would you have to be?! Guys are great at complicating their lives and trying to justify why they did it. He bought himself a so-called girlfriend from Issan and then writes "I didn't see any red flags". There's one born every minute.

Sir , I listen to this video, and let me tell you. I ben in Thailand. In Bangkok. For 2 month I stay. Was my best 2 month in my life . Thailand is beautiful. People is amazing. I ben in pattaya only one day . I don't like . More expensive and a lots of prostitute. Of course everywhere in the world if you dill with prostitute that's what you get . But a normal thai people it's amazing people, of hospitality welcoming 🙏 respect and everything. Luckily I don't drink or smoke or do any drugs . So I was not go never any bar or prostitute place . I have friendship with normal women, who don't want my money. So I have very good experience in Thailand 2022 . And I can't wait to go back , for the sunshine, the amazing food , the Thai massage , and for everything else !

story 1 - red flags: (1) she's not the prettiest so her earnings potential is relatively limited (a big score is needed); (2) asks for a high monthly allowance (20k thb) beyond her average monthly income - this indicates money is the motivating factor, not feelings; (3) 30k thb to leave the bar (is this common practice?) - probably she's getting a big cut of the 30k, if not all of it; (4) new furniture n appliances (for a rental apt?); (5) extended trip. btw, doesn't his condo have security n CCTV? he didn't ask his neighbors? collect evidence not solely for the money but justice. if he can afford, hire a private investigator

When I was stationed at Clark AB, Phillipines, back in the '90s, i befreinded an expat bar owner. He married a local Filipino girl years ago, bought a huge house, bar and restaurant. It was all in her name because foreigners cant own property. One day he was arrested and thrown in jail for spousal abuse (made up charge). He spent several months jail and when released, she sold everything and cleaned out their bank accounts and disappeared. He found out later, it was planned, fake charges left to jail giving her time to liquidate everything and never to be seen again. This wiped him out, over a million dollars. Just like the first story, but on a higher level. Its all about the money. Never trust asian women....

The first story was an eye opener, 30,000 bahts to pay off the mama San, and then a few weeks later, she wanted new furniture and white goods red flag straight away. I would have said let me take a screenshot of her ID, and if she was not having any of that, then you got to think outside the box why would she not let you have her ID card photo. I would say you got taken for at least around 70 to 80 thousand bahts, and yes, you have learned a lesson, and now you are on your guard. I always say there are plenty more fish in the sea if she's playing move to the next one.😊😊

ok - 1st story - I feel sorry for what happened to you, BUT: you’re not 16 years old, you should have understood it’s a give and take - she gives her body and her youth, you give your money and your money - win-win for all… I mean, would YOU go for a 50+ thai woman without ANY attractive body features, looking her age or even worse? just be honest and realistic about this whole experience, hope you at least enjoyed the ride while it lasted.. there is no such thing as a free lunch, as they say in the land down under…

To be honest I do not feel sorry for this guy at all and at the end of the day this girl came from abject poverty, so in a way I am happy that her family got new furniture. Sorry but not sorry when you understand how poor these girls are you will understand they have no other choice but to survive and this is a story of a survivor and the naive guy who let her win.

Justifiing crime on that basis is a great insult for the majority of hard working honest people that get by as they can. Probably not that “abject poverty” at certain point and I can assure you they don’t stop. Would you steal because you can’t have fancy things or hard work is not for you? I am a bit of an outlier personality wise I think, I spent alot of time and energy as a young man obsessed with the mechanics of seducing women, the mystery is long gone, no regrets though.

I think in the first story, he got off quite lightly. He lost only what he spent on the furniture and other contents of the apartment. If the girl had stayed many more months longer, who knows? She might have crafted more elaborate plans and or milked him for even more money. It may be a bit of blessing in disguise, that she left when she did, rather than staying a lot longer. Fascinating stories as always!

Yeah...! I was in the mall downtown Seattle in which I haven't been there in years, and most of the stores are GONE! The mall put up some sort of decorative baracade where the store front used to be, and the food court wasn't there anymore... Although it was in the middle of the day, it was very creepy...
