This is a good example of why you need to guard your heart. Partners can turn cold and change their feelings on a dime. Protect and love yourself.

My first ex said that yet still came back a couple of years later saying he didn’t feel for anyone like he felt for me. It happens. Feelings change due to circumstances, hurt feelings and so on. People and relationships are complicated. And a lot of people give up way too easily in my opinion. Their loss.

Let me offer a piece of advice here. When someone is stressed, just let them vent. Shut up and listen. Then if she asks for your advice, offer it. This is coming from a guy who has learned the hard way. Listen and be their rock guys.

I asked my ex if I should move on and he said that I should do what I need to to be better. He just isn’t ready to give me what I want, but he knows that he was keeping me around cause he didn’t want to lose me. He said he really does want to be with me but he’s not ready. Craig, I did a horrible thing, I ruined everything. After more than two months of no contact my ex said he moved on and is happy that everything ended. He didn’t regret leaving me. God dammit, i wish i saw this video sooner. She reached out, it started well, but things got back to the relationship, and we didnt fight or get angry. But things got sad, there were tears. Shes dating somebody new now and after I blockedr her for a while, then unblocked her, she has now blocked me. Just pain. Good afternoon Coach. First of all I want to say thank you for devoting so much of your time and energy to assisting so many people with so many different circumstances and relationship issues. It is quite powerful how much confidence you instill and how much of your obvious objective is to ultimately assist people in becoming much more developed in the actual person that they can be all around. I've watched easily a dozen videos, probably twice that, and certainly gain a lot of information out of all of them. What I have observed, especially in the relationship and getting ones X back videos, is that there does not seem to be much specificity related to divorces where children are involved. This is a subject that is, in my experience, much more regular than just a breakup where it is two people involved with one another for a certain period of time. My specific reality involves a woman and myself who are in the middle of getting divorced, and she has chosen to move on entirely... At least at this point in her understanding of how she feels about the relationship, but we are also co-parenting. I'm not sure if perhaps I just have not come across any videos that have this topic being touched on, but I certainly have not found any information almost anywhere, especially coming from you... Which I must say out of everyone that I have ever seen... You certainly seem to have a grasp on it more than any of the other coaches. I look forward to communicating with you more, perhaps personally once my budget allows me to do so, but in the meantime if there is any way that you could steer some of us involved with more complicated scenarios in the direction that has information pertaining to this matter specifically. Until I decided to go in no contact, every time I spoke with him, trying to understand if he was sure about our breakup and told him I hoped he would have thought about a second chance for us, he just spoked about something else. Same happened to me, she told me she isnt happy anymore. I just cracked, started crying, started to beg for another chancee, i improved myself, after one month she told me that she is happy again. But i became to clingy needy, i wanted her for myself and after 3 months she said that its over. That we need space. I reached out after 45days, she said that she is 1000x better now, happy to be single and not wanting anyone. She is not mad at me, she said she hopes we can stay friends, and is willing to met after i get over her. That she is over me. My opinion is that, when they say that they are unhappy, its hard to fix is, i think she got over me while we were together, altho she told me everyday how much she loves me, how hot am i, how she wants to live with me. But it is hard to accept it

Hi Coach Craig, my boyfriend broke up with me because I was not trusting him 100% because he lied to me in the past and gave me reasons for not trusting 100%, he knew about that for a while and one day he said it's just getting worse and he said because I dont trust him it's better to break up, I asked him to work things out and to help me gain the trust I lost, we had counseling sessions planed and he refused to stay together and work it out and see if counseling would help.....do I have any chances for him to come back and want to work on it ?

My ex was leading me to believe that someone was interested in her during our relationship and she also had questionable boundaries with friends. I wanted answers in the end and she threatened a restraining order (i never threatened her) so I immediately stopped contacting her because that was just one more threat. She gaslit me. She threatened to leave in the beginning if there was a disagreement and then would pull me back in, she threatened to get online to find someone after we broke up and she did. To me, it seems like she tried to control things the entire time we were together via threats. She also implied she wanted to kill herself twice. All threats!! Not once did i chase her but i wanted answers like anyone would if someone implies that someone likes them while you are dating them. I felt like my hands were cuffed and i wasnt allowed to have a voice if something bothered me. She would make threats. She even reached out to my friend trying to get him roped in. I thought she was rather manipulative. This behavior will show up in her new relationship.

Me and my ex broke up about 4 months ago, she told me afterwards that she still loves me and has feelings for me but she wanted space and was too sad over a death in her family. She said she’d want to get back together one day but needs sometime to herself to deal with the situation. Hello coach, I really need a advice. I have been with my ex for 6 years, till a month ago he broke up with me.. We had alot of issues going on in our relationship, he cheated on me for last 4 years, the next 2 years things has gotten changed and he has been always be there for me, but, every time we have an arguments he disappear out of my life, it's been on and off the same tack tick and I always took him back because I love him.. A month ago he broke up and I was hurt, so I stepped back so he can realize if he made the right decision. I start to move on, and all of sudden he showed up again telling me how he miss me and how much he truly love me that he wants me back.. After 3 days I was willing to give him a last chance but on top he told me he will move on without me. I'm confused, first he wanted me back but then after few days he saying that he doesn't love me that much than it used to be. How come that days before he wanted me back and saying he loves me so much.. How can someone so quick change their feelings???

Man, I think I'm screwed..... Long story short.... She had a death in the family, we fought after it over something stupid, I went out of town on a business trip and blocked her everywhere, unbeknownst to me she was sending me messages warning me that I had abandoned her but I didn't read them as they were sent to my spam folder until I got back. I started sending her messages and she didn't respond for quite a long time, then she said we were over. I went into a tail spin of begging, pleading, writing love letters, buying things, showing up at her apt., she initially said she would give me a chance but the chance was just being able to text her. That didn't work out, then she said she changed her mind and turned cold as a fish and kept telling me to move on. She went from the most loving person to the coldest, indifferent person I have ever seen on the planet, I sent a few last messages and went into NC now for the last 25 days, and absolutely nothing from her. She knows I have a lot of bad things going on in my life and she hasn't reached out to ask about them. She literally has disappeared even though she promised me the world, we are soul mates, we will be together forever, etc....... and she's gone. She once told me that once she's done she's done a long time ago, This sux and I feel like it's hopeless. She left behind everything that we had built and not once did she even give it a chance to reconcile. In the beginning she was still telling me she loved me, she missed talking to me, etc but the begging ruined it. This shit sux, 3 years all down the drain.

Need some advice. I was seeing a girl I met at the gym we was not together long enough to do anything. But I was falling for her and she was for me. After a couple weeks something silly happened and she cut the hole thing off. I went no contact for 4 and she never reached out but I did and we started talking again but I initiated all the time. We would see each other at the gym and we talk and we would kiss each other on the cheek goodbye there was a little flirting. I sent her a message asking if she wanted to go for a coffee or a drink but she made a excuse. My ex broke up with me 5 months ago. I did everything I was not supposed to do. The grand gesture, tried to talk, you name it. After a month and a week of true no-contact, she contacted me yesterday. She sent me a text asking me which internet provider I was using..lol we texted back and forth and she appologized for making me suffer and she asked me not to hate her and to forgive her. I told her that if that made her feel better I forgave her but she then said something I didn't like. She said she wants to remain by herself for a while because she doesnt want to go back with me just because she feels sorry for me. She reached out after 3 weeks of no contact telling me she misses me crying telling me how upset she was that I never fixed the issues in the relationship a day later she's like I need to move on like wth.. u called me telling me u missed me now u telling me to move on!!!

I left my spouse and told him to move on because he cheated. How is it that you take them back? No! Walk away with dignity. There's no trust after that. Walk away and renew your life.

I wish i could afford your sessions. He told me to stay out of his life and that he was going to stop talking to way before we lost our child 12/30/18. I’m really confused bc if he really didn’t like me why did he stay and now i have to deal with grieving our daughter and his rejection. We been thru a lot but i guess my abandonment issues is wanting me to fight. I just don’t understand why couldn’t i just have a normal break up why did i have to lose a child and go they this. Hey Coach, Thank you so much for this Channel. I have done an email coaching with you, and i am trying to get my wife back. We are going to court next Wednesday to sign paperwork for a divorce. There is no way i can get into contact with her, other than through email. She has changed her phone number and blocked me on all social media. What can i do to get her back. We have been in a relationship for 15 years. We have also been through a lot. I believe that she is a Narcissist. I have cut off the majority of my friend through the year and she has a whole new group of single friend she hangs out with. I made all of the mistake when the breakup occurred. The hand written letter, begging, trying to show logic. I even went as far a stalking her one time, and trying to hack into her phone.( This is why she changed her number) I have been in no contact for over a month and nothing. I feel like i have been thrown away like a piece of trash.
