Nisha, no two eyes are the same. You look very pretty and I wouldn't waste one second of my time worrying about what might be a mm difference in the inner part of both upper lids. If it were me, I wouldn't tempt fate by going back just to make a minimal difference. I can't even see it!

I recently (6 weeks ago) had upper and lower blepharoplasty. While I am happy with the results, I wish there were more videos that showed the possible complications. I had a lot of persistent swelling and redness in my cheeks post surgery. I had to go on steroids for a week to bring it down. I also developed fibrous tissue directly under my lower eyelids that is preventing my lower eyelids from moving when I try to squint or smile. The surgeon is having to put injections every few weeks to help dissolve it. I still don't regret having the surgery, but my recovery has been quite bumpy compared to many of the videos I watched before I decided to have the surgery myself. We are always our own worst critics, and something that we obsess over is not even noticeable by others. You were beautiful before, and you're beautiful now!

The most important apect of beauty is on the inside. How we look externally is just a matter of opinion. What one person finds physically attractive, another will find unattractive. Kindness, helping others, contributing to society, loyalty, honesty. Those are the true reflections of whether someone is a beautiful person.

Hi Nisha! Love your videos and I've been a fan of yours for many years! I'm a surgical nurse, and your eye surgery turned out GREAT! It's a wonderful surgeon who can correct what you want corrected, and still keep you looking perfectly natural. Your surgeon did a super job! And, please know that no one's eyes/eyelids are perfectly symmetrical; there are subtle differences to everyone's eyes (start looking around at women and you'll see what I mean). You look gorgeous and most importantly you look like you've had NOTHING done! You go, girl! Love ya 😘

I'm going to be blunt Nisha, you need a reality check, being concerned over a mm is just not healthy for your mental state, please, please appreciate your beauty and what a wonderful life you seem to have. You are an extremely beautiful woman and the nit picking over a mm or some comments you get just isn't worth it. I wouldn't be interfering in any other treatment with the possibility of stuffing things up, as there is no return.

Your eyelashes look more lush because you don ’t have the weight of your hood resting on them anymore. I had always had long lashes but in my early 50s I could barely see them no matter how much mascara I plastered on 😅. I realised the lashes were still long but now had the weight of excess skin resting on them. My blepharoplasty worked wonders and I got my lashes back. 15yrs later and I’m still good. You look fab Nisha, enjoy! X

I really wouldn't risk it Nisha. They look absolutely fine, it's like everything,you don't notice things until someone points it out to you. Maybe you are just over analysing them now. Yes you could have them done again,but what if as you say he removes just a bit too much and they don't match the other one. I really feel that the people that mentioned it haven't been very helpful. Honestly if you hadn't have pointed it out today I certainly wouldn't have noticed. You took a risk,and they've turned out beautifully, so just enjoy them now 😊xx

Hi Nisha! I had an upper bleph in April of 2023 and my outcome was very similar to yours. However, I honestly love hooded eyes, I just didn’t like the loose skin hanging down, so I purposely chose a very conservative surgeon who would only remove the excess skin. But like you, one of my eyebrows sits a tad lower, and it’s also the eye he took a tad less skin from, so post surgery it’s slightly more hooded. But that eye has always been slightly more hooded, even when I was younger, and I actually prefer it over the other. Lol! . But at first, I was totally fixated on the difference. Some days I do still notice the difference more than others, but as the months have gone by I really think they’ve begun to even out. But despite the slight unevenness I am still thrilled about my results! And I think you should be too! You look beautiful! 😍 You still look like yourself just more refreshed and happy! 😁 My husband always tells me, “When people look at you they take in the big picture, they’re not dissecting the details.” ❤️🤗

I did the same as you, raised my eyebrows high to compensate for the sagging upper eyelid. Of course I am a lot older than youand I ONLY did the upper bleph. I am happy that you were able to do this for yourself. I am saving up for the lower bleph next winter. Remember, there is no perfection. Our eyes, feet, are different sizes even if so slightly. The side by side photos really showed us the difference. It's important to give yourself some slack. You look amazing ...99.9 percent better than most of us. Also remember, "expectation" isomethingwe must let go of. OUr expectations are rarely (IF EVER) met. It makes life easier, no expectations, no disappointments!

I have the story about a friend I used to have. She was 65 years old. She was married to a man where they would fight, and he would cheat on her. She was a real stunner when she was young she would constantly talk about how men were always stopping the car and whistling at her, and by the picture she showed me I can really see why not many women are blessed to have that type of looks. every time we got together for breakfast, she would talk about women’s looks and how beautiful they are and how she wish she would look like that again and it would be where they can hear her other people can hear her. It was so embarrassing. There was never time when beauty never came up, I felt like I was constantly having to feed her ego . Then when she met my husband and saw how good-looking he was, she had to remind me that I wasn’t as good as he was. Our whole relationship was about her looks and how she had a lot of money she would rather spend it on getting young again, then her retirement and enjoying her life. even as I’m writing this right now, I feel so sorrowful for the women who turned heads in their younger years and they still want that feeling again, but no matter how much surgery you have it doesn’t fix the inside and the fact we all will get old in an actuality getting old is a privilege not many get to experience. I have been thinking of that friend I had she would be in her Late 70s now, and I pray when she looks in the mirror, she sees her true beauty and every wrinkle that she’s earned and every tear that she’s cried.🦋🦋

Nisha, You always look beautiful to me before and after surgery. Of course we would all analyze our results no matter the surgeon or the results, it is perfectly normal. We look at ourselves and think of all the things we would change but not being a surgeon we cannot predict how our eyes will look because we don’t understand the physiology of our faces. Because you are so beautiful it is understandable to want to keep your beauty and have an easier time with eye makeup. Well I think that’s exactly what happened, today you proved it to yourself and all of us by doing your eyes so quickly and beautifully.

Hi Nisha. Firstly, I think it took quite a lot of courage to have the operation as I know you were very nervous beforehand. When you show the before and after photos, you can really see the difference. You always know how to enhance your features beautifully and the changes are subtle but very effective and I wouldn’t stress about small details- you will notice them far more than anyone else! None of us are perfectly formed or have identical characteristics on each side of our faces and you are blessed with such a pretty face anyway! Don’t forget- nothing speeds up the ageing process more than stress! 💖🌸

@aliceinwonderland.2080
@aliceinwonderland.2080 5 дней назад
@@karenhurrell8796 I agree with you and there are so many life saving surgeries which are, of course,incomparable with cosmetic surgeries. Personally, I would never opt to go under the knife for aesthetic purposes and perhaps courage is the incorrect noun to use in this particular instance. However, any hospital procedure can be daunting and nerve wracking and I don’t think Nisha underwent this blepharoplasty without a lot of forethought and research beforehand. She is fully aware that it was something she did voluntarily and for enhancement purposes and I’m certain she would never compare her experience with major surgery as she is always honest and upfront with her subscribers.

I so appreciate your explanation! It helps me manage my own expectations as I've been thinking about the same surgery. I just recently saw in my photos that I've always had hooded eyes like yours. I never realized it until I digitized and sorted all of my photos. After looking over photos from birth I finally started seeing what had changed in my features. It was quite a shock to realize I'd never had big lids because that's not what I remembered about doing my makeup.

You are human, you are a beautiful woman, you have so much to be grateful for and you have a husband who clearly loves and adores you and it has nothing to do with a milliliter of skin on your eyelids. You are precious just the way you are and I pray you find peace in your heart and mind ✨️

Hi Nisha, your eyes look absolutely stunning! I wouldn’t do anything more, don’t fix what isn’t broken. I’ve had that op, and I have a little more skin on my left eyelid, but rather that way than too much taken off and then loads of problems to deal with. You look beautiful just the way you are!🥰

You are so beautiful and you beauty is natural and it radiates from within your soul! I think the surgeon did a fantastic job. You still look like your natural, beautiful self, just more refreshed! I would never advise you to have the little issues that are currently concerning you fixed; this is a decision you need to make based entirely on your own personal perception and feelings. But, after living with your "new" eyes for awhile, I suspect you will decide they look fantastic just the way they are!

I think it’s amazing that your eyes look so normal ( please take that as a compliment which is how it’s meant). When you show the before & after photos your eyes just look the same only fresher and younger. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Nisha I had my upper and lower lids done about nine years ago. The eyes are the quickest to heal on your body after surgery. It will take a good year to fully heal. You will see changes on the way your eyes look fantastic and remember your eyes are sisters, not twins. just enjoy your new look. Even after nine years with my eyes, I sometimes wear make up eyeshadow or mostly I go without now. I find that if I put lashify lashes on I really don’t need any eyeshadow. I enjoy your content.

Nisha, please stop worrying about your eyes, eyes are sisters not twins, just remember while you had it done in the first place, I am still searching for a good plastic surgeon in my area and will have it done soon. Be happy, stay fabulous as well. X

Nisha, you are truly beautiful. In my opinion, no matter how beautiful a woman is, if she looks like she's had work done, it takes away from her beauty. You do not look like you've had work done, that's a blessing.

I had the same problem after my eyelid surgery, left eye was still a bit to hooded in the inner corner so went back for revision, and still my eyelids are not both exactly the same but that is normal we are not symmetrical, very happy with my results. you look great x

I think you look fabulous! Don’t over analyze it! I had just an upper blephroplasty almost 4 weeks ago. I still have dark bruises under my eyes! I’m glad I did it, but our eyes are definitely not exactly the same! I also have a bumpy scar on my left eye. I’m hoping the scar cream will help with that. It’s not as easy of a surgery as it looks!

Hi Nisha! I think I would have had the same expectations as you. But when you think about it, I think it's more appropriate not to change drastically. It has to be realistic and as natural as possible for our eye shape. Since you've always had a problem from a very young age, I think it might have been too obvious. That's why when there's too much change, it often doesn't give good results and can even completely change our identity. I think the result is great and that when we look at you, we see too much change! You look great like this and I think your surgeon did a wonderful job! Have a good end of the week! xxx

They look fabulous! You don’t want more out of the corners- that’s where people get that “hollow” look that makes your eyes look old - NO! Lots of surgeons here in US are now trying to fix that exact problem for their patients from previous surgeries. And eyes are not naturally Symmetrical so forget that, please. You have a beautiful, youthful result- YAY!!

I’m new to your channel and have never seen you before this and I thought you looked lovely in your thumbnail. You look beautiful in your videos and I would never have guessed you had any surgery around your eyes. Your story is a success story for plastic eye surgery. You’d be the reason I’d see your surgeon. You are practically a walking advertisement for their business- specifically your surgeon. They should definitely pay you some compensation if you start trickling business from your channel to their office. Thank you for sharing your journey. We all have things we don’t like about ourselves but most of us would never share them with anyone. I hope you know you are brave in sharing your journey and I and many others appreciate you sharing it with the rest of us. ❤

Nisha, I think it is perfectly understandable and reasonable that you had high expectations in regards to your bleph procedure. After all, you went through surgery, recovery and the cost of the surgery. In six months or a year the asymmetry might not bother you as much, it also might not be as noticeable as you have more time to heal, but if it does you can always get it tweaked. I think your eyes look really good!

Your surgeon did a fabulous job! Don't stress. I had the same surgery in the U.S. and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I have the same issue with one eye looking wider than the other. It has to do with the brow bone, one being a smidge higher than the other. I think your eyes look great.
