I started watching you, and then I started doing the same stuff to a lawnmower that I have that’s been sitting for about 10 years and got it running the first day

Nice build, when I had my mowers, I believe about 12 or 15 years ago, we used a six on the front and a two and a half on the back, because they were only street-driven mowers. The throttle pedal was a gate hinge with a rubber furniture stop on the top of it. We would drive around and rampage the town with them. Haha. My off-road tractor had gator v-treads, and had a top speed of 16 mph. The other ones would hit 40. I definitely would love to find some sort of better steering system because that is pretty sketchy driving that fast with twitchy steering.

Have you ever tried a 2 belt setup? Use an extra mid mower double pulley spindle to multiply engine speed to transmit to the trans. It wouldn't wheelie but fast enough to scare you.
This guy got me in to buying a lawn mower in thr junk yard that dose not got a motor for $30 haha wantin to put a car steering wheel covor on it a fuzzy one😂
Despite what a lot of people may think, you can actually get an 8-Inch Pulley on these machines, without changing the stock clutch, but you need to move the engine forward. The last body style I built like this, I added extra frame reinforcement, since the front ends do Flex. Currently working on a, Pro-Class Heavy Modified.
I have a 7" on the front pulley and it rubbed the stock clutch. Just relocate the clutch. I just drilled a hole farther back, and used all thread and some cheap m8 thread heim joints off amazon. The spring location doesn't even change as it's on the clutch pedal itself. It puts the clutch in a much better location as well, as I have it put tension on the belt between two flat idlers so it has really good tension

Hey I watched your other video with you installing a predator engine on a tractor I'm currently working on doing the same Curious how did u get the belt to work 🤔 I mean I got a belt did u twist it a little to make it go on the pulley? I'm just curious cuz I'm doing the same I have a horizontal shaft engine trying to mount it to my Murray tractor

I think I tried installing it a different way of what u installed yours but yeah lmk what I should do I think 🤔 I should just installl spacers to raise the engine make it tighter fit? It's tight but it might need to be a bit tighter?

LT Jax/Jack LT Green.. one of those over-the-door pull-up bars u-see-it thrift stores all the time would make an interesting brush bar for the front of a mower... was that to roof at Baptist downtown? I can't say I'm a true fan I don't watch every video, but I do try to watch all of the ones that I do watch... oops I missed the patreon part for naming.. Oh well

@Chud327 why dont you add a varidrive pulley system to one of these? Hook it up to the 6 speed or whatever transaxle. Then you'll get as much low end and top speed as the engine can put out. Wouldnt be hard to do
Hey bro I'm in the process of putting a 11-in pulley on the front and a 3-in pulley on the rear. I have to do a custom clutch though which ain't an issue it's pretty easy I need another day though working out of state and coming back on weekends you don't have much time LOL

Thanks so much. The gas cable came on the mower when I bought it. the guy said Amazon was the source. The carb and cable came as a kit. 22 mm for $28 if I remember correctly. Thanks for watching.
