And she humbly reminds us of this on the regular. Very enlightening! This video for example; I dont care for rail tricks. Yet I was extremely enthused to watch and hear how Sarah would focus on learning this trick

I recommend setting your board on it's side and learning to balance over the wheels and get comfortable jumping up and down on top of them to learn how you need to shift your weight. That'll help when you learn to pop it onto the side and how to comfortably flip the board.
I am constantly falling when trying to flip the board from the rail to land on it. I slip out and slam the ground. It's incredible how people do this without pads.
