So I bought the breville espresso pro and I’m having a problem where the water doesn’t fully go thru the portafilter. So I don’t get a strong shot nor a lot of crema. My coffee beans are fresh and I’m doing good luck prep. So what could be the problem? Please help!!

Hi. Can I confirm if your Loveramics mugs are 250ml (RU-vid) or 200ml (stated on your website). I'm debating between those two sizes.

I use 250 as well as 200 but the ones shown in the video are 250!!
