2 INGREDIENT CAKE DONUTS: 1 Box Strawberry cake mix, 2 cups plain applesauce. Blend together, and put in greased donut pan. Bake on 425F for 8-9 mins. Let sit in pan for 5 mins, then move to cooling rack. Dip in cream cheese frosting that has been thinned in the microwave for around 15 seconds ( microwaves vary). ( Also, put the frosting in a bowl big enough the donut can be dipped in it.) Dip the donut and add sprinkles immediately.
Great Fall recipe is to use spice cake mix and apple cinnamon applesauce. The directions will be the same. Side-note: Any cake mix can be used! It's personal preference!

Me toooo. You are one of my favorite Christian video channels (out of 6 or so) and I never leave your channel without feeling uplifted. You seem like a friend who'd come over, roll up your sleeves, and help clean an overflowed toilet or something. And I think how a saint you must be to deal with a husband with dementia. I went through it with my mom and that was hard. ❤🎉❤😇

I love watching birds. I have a little bird area under my pine tree. A fly through feeder, a thistle feeder, a suet feeder and then a standard one, plus a bird bath. We trimmed up the pine branches and I can sit at my dining room window, enjoy my coffee and birds. Something about bird watching is just relaxing.

Hobbies are so healthy for us! Mine is scrapbooking, I do it for my grandchildren. We call their scrapbooks ADVENTURES WITH MEME AND PAPAW. They love their books and they range from Flordia vacation adventures to cooking, baking and even playing in the creek. I have CHF so i wont live a long life but i definitely want them to remember me, they are my world!

Loved the video! I'm always outside and love nature, trees, flowers and all of the gifts God gave us. I feed the birds everyday. They wait for me every morning. I have a bird bath and another one with a fountain on top. I have a morning routine which also includes coffee on my patio.

I can really relate to spending time outdoors. Coffee on the porch, afternoon embroidery or cross stitch in the shade and of course watching the sunset each evening. So calming and enjoyable. Another favorite is growing cherry tomatoes in pots. You might love that too. So fun when they start to ripen but they produce so many! Thanks for sharing your raccoon videos. They are so entertaining.

I love the idea for the Flower Letters. I am going to send this for myself and a birthday gift for a very dear friend that I know will love it. Thanks for the idea. I ❤the birds as well! I have red and yellow finches, orioles, doves, cardinals and several others. I have bought bird feeders, bird bath, oriole feeders for grape jelly and hummingbird feeders. It’s fun to keep track of what I see!

I just love your enthusiasm! I love birds too and had several feeders out--until they attracted rats!!! I would use the no mess birdseed but so much dropped that the rats came. They are gone now but so are the birds😪

Leslie I love sitting out watching the birds, deer rabbits that run around the yard. For me it's just peaceful. My favorite thing is painting furniture to make it my style. My style is French country/ farmhouse. I also love all white walls and an accident wall sometimes. Your home is so beautiful, I love how you decorate your home. Oh yes I have the bags and they are game changing for storage/ my greenery and pillows so far. I even put my winter quilt in one. Say hi to Jason. ♥️🌴

The donut recipe sounds so fun and a great way to use up a glut of homemade applesauce. I have to admit to giving in and getting some of those plastic slides just to give my toes a break from my Hoka thongs. And boy are they super ugly, I think it looks like everybody is wearing their bedroom slippers but none of us care because they are comfy and it is summer hahaha! Glad the racoons are at your house, they aren't welcome here because we care for an aging little community of feral cats and we don't want there to be any fights or the racoons spreading disease. But they are so darned cute. The cats are all old ladies now and don't hunt but still we don't get any birds because of them but it is nice when we see them fly over to our neighbor's feeders. We have a birdhouse at the roof peak of my garden shed and had a young family there early this summer, it was so sweet listening to them and watching them come and go to feed their nestlings. Thank you for the lovely video and sharing your favorites.

I’m an RN and worked in maternal child for 25+ years and am married to a genetic pediatrician/neonatologist (whose been involved in these types of cases). I watched the Maya documentary and believe the family “fell through the cracks”. I also believe 2 things were happening at the same time; Dr. Sally Smith was over aggressive is her Munchausen approach to the mom and family. Also, it is very unfortunate that Beata/mom did not get the treatment she needed for anxiety, depression etc and perhaps would be alive today to see her children. It’s often the case but it seems to me mental health is a missing piece to this case. My prayers are with the family. I sincerely hope that the medical community can seriously modernize the approach to a parent with suspected (factitious disorder imposed on another) as it’s referred to now to ultimately take care of the family from a more “holistic” approach. ❤️🙏

Hi Leslie! Just tuned in, can't wait to see your faves! I really want to make the spice cake donuts! My birthday is in October and I always have spice cake as my birthday cake. My son is November and he does also. I love your attic! As a matter of fact, I think that's how I discovered your channel, from your attic storage video. Those bags are great! Sent my son off to college with a bunch of those bags. I'm always proud for people who get sponsorships. I use the it Cosmetics CC Cream with 50 SPF, and I love it! I will have to look for that show on Netflix. Always looking for something to watch. Hopefully its not too heartbreaking, because those are very hard for me to watch. I love my bird feeder! My mother Inlaw made spice cake and the topping was some sort of marshmallow frosting that came in a small box it was so delish . Years later I continue to make spice cake and found a marshmallow frosting that I make homemade omg it’s so good what kind of topping do you put on your spice cake if any 🌻🌻🌻

Happy Sunday! I was so happy you shared the flower letters in the winter. I am doing the world war II story! I didn't even know about it until you shared it. advertising and sponsors are great! What you do is hard and takes a lot of time. I mean hard in a different way than the NICU. I was a NICU nurse for 20 years but had to quit due to my health. Great ideas and items I need to try.

Funny bird watching story. My husband was looking out our dining room door with his binoculars and he called me over to look at a unique bird. As he was saying "look at that blue breasted...." my son who was home from college came down the steps. He heard the first part of my husbands statement, saw him with binoculars and me staring out the door, and my son said, "What are you two doing?" We thought it was hysterical. That's when I started watching birds, after my kids went off to college. I always thought it was an old person thing too.
