I just had another flight with Aegean today in business class and will show my review in a few weeks!

They gave me a free business class upgrade due to the no service on that flight. That shows how seriously they take their customers. So another business class with them is coming this year!

I’d like to see the same and I think the A350 would be the best for them for long haul flights. However whenever I ask them they say there is no such plan at the moment

@@MyTrips_Aviation Indeed, that be true. Having been a loyal Airbus customer, I really hope to see Aegean expanding its fleet ("her" fleet in Greek) with A350s and fly outside EU as well. As I said above, I want to believe! Thanks.

Turkish and Aegean are my favourite European airlines. Both offer consistently very good service

@@MyTrips_Aviation I have flown A3 a few times and always enjoyed their service and meal. Which airline do you have *G with?

I’ve had *G with Aegean for about 8 years as it was the easiest program to achieve gold status at the time. I am considering changing to Singapore’s though next year as it’s impossible to get SQ flights unless you’re on their program!

@@MyTrips_Aviation You will need 50k to get *G with SQ. Another option is to get LH M&M as they have options to get SQ premium cabin. Are you base in Greece?

M&M gives very few miles for flights and I don’t like it at all. Another option I’m considering is Thai’s program. I’m based in the UK where we currently don’t have any Star Alliance airline...I’m close to getting One World status though, hopefully this year

Austrian flights are on 1st and 3rd of March so it will be a while until then. I’ve got some European and USA flights before that in January and February

I have actually done this and there is a review on the channel of these two flights. It's good service, I agree although I'm not a big fan of Lufthansa.

@@lfcblood7054 thank you so much, I appreciate it. At the moment it's impossible to travel as you can imagine and I had to cancel several trips for work and leisure during March and April. Let's hope things will get better soon

My Trips likewise I and family also enjoy time off with travel but this year is so out of the ordinary. Not to worry Health and happiness and look to the future

It’s a combination of reasons! A bit of work, holidays, it’s also the route which sometimes gives very cheap tickets and I also have some links there too! Very beautiful place anyway!

On this particular type of A321 there is a small window on the emergency exit door but it’s pretty small and from the emergency exit seat you have very limited view of this window, if any!

Turkish offers the best in Europe given that they offer proper business class seats even on single aisle aircraft. Following Turkish, Aegean offers the best product of all the European airlines I have flown with. That's my personal view only though. Which one do you think is the best Ektor?

Yes I’ll definitely try them this year. Are they not part of the Swiss-Lufthansa group? Swiss is one of my favourite European airlines

@@MyTrips_Aviation @ Yes, Edelweiss Air is part of the Lufthansa group and wholly owned by SWISS. Food & service - all of Swiss quality & perfection. Booking should be made thru SWISS although Edelweiss has its own website which still looks a bit old fashioned and doesn't really communicate with the SWISS reservation system. So seat reservations on Edelweiss can only be processed thru the Edelweiss Website with as sep. seat booking file which will then be connected to your SWISS booking file. A bit complicated, but apart from this little inconvenience - everything works perfectly.

I was looking at their website today actually. I’ll probably fly edelweiss after June as I have booked 26 flights until May. I noticed that their A330 has the throne seats like Swiss which are great. Definitely a flight with them this year!

I agree with you, Lufthansa and Aegean are the best in Europe and i put Swiss right behind them!

Aegean is an all Airbus fleet airline so it would probably be an A350 or A330neo :). I’d love to see them long haul though with any aircraft!

My Trips true but many airlines have both . I predict Aegean will announce long haul this year

Is it just a prediction or do you know something? I asked them after this flight but they said they didn’t have any news on this at the time.

With regards to the seats in European business class this is the biggest truth ever, thumbs up! The service however was exceptional, at least on this flight. One of the few times that it was worth the money. Thanks for the comment
