I have the ABH Soft Glam palette. It was the first one I bought from the brand. I really love it. When I go on holiday I always take a neutral palette, a 'colourful' (for me) palette and a new palette I haven't tried yet and more often than not, the neutral palette I take is the UD Naked Ultimate Basics.

The Juvias Place palette is sold out at the retailer in Germany for months now but I want to get my hands on it. I always thought ABH is overrated until I got my first one. The pigmentation and blendability is sooo good. They sometimes have them at my local TKMaxx for half the price and I'm hoping I'll find the Soft Glam there too. Never thought of myself as a ABH original palette girl, but here I am. 😂😊

I think I might be the only Juvias Place fan that struggles with the Chocolates Palettes. I am a NC45. And, I struggle with most of the palette... probably because I like colorful palettes. So, I use this Juvias one on my eyebrows or eyeliners or as a transition shade with another palette. But, I really enjoy your selections overall. Lots of nice ideas. Can you recommend a palette that is s good mix of colorful and neutral? Like a red palette that includes a cool brown? .... Hey! Just discovered your Chasing Butterflies palette! Congrats! Anastasia has the best eye shadows I ever use but I think I’m sensitive to their ingredients. I got a bunch of different palettes and some of their colors made my eyes burn. I was so sad :/. Thanks for the recommendations

I am so confused about the Soft Glam choice... you've reviewed it against the revolution dupe and said the revolution one was much better and that the soft glam the colours just blended too much and lost its colour? I love your channel and I genuinely don't mean to offend, maybe if you've changed your mind you could mention it that you like it more now, otherwise it is confusing. I lot of the stuff I've bought I always go to your channel to see what you've said about it, and I've bought a lot of products from your store so again, no judging or anything it's just that i've seen a shift in your content (because you're probably getting more recognition which is amazing) I just want to keep being engaged with your channel and trust the reviews you make and in the last couple of months you've had opinions about one product straight away and then changed your mind straight after? So it's a bit confusing as someone who watches most of your content because one of the things I like the most about you is your authenticity and I think a lot of people can relate to you but as it often happens when youtubers start doing better you begin disconnecting from your original base. It is normal that people change and that you're a different person doing different content than you were two years ago when you were making content for a lot of us poor people who look for the dupes and alternatives for when you don't have the coin haha. My only advice would be to stay true to yourself as much as you can and to show us the heart and passion you have for makeup , no matter what. Thats what I loved about you in the first place and why I started doing the makeup in the first place literally from watching your vids, so as long as you're doing that it's all you need! Love you xxxx

Pale skin can’t actually wear a lot of these palettes, as the colours pull way more warm-toned on the skin than they look in the pan. Colours end up looking red and yellow on the skin (and it’s therefore not a neutral look). Would be good to see more cool-toned palettes in future videos ✨

Neutral colours are so boring to me😭 I have 3 palettes and I never use them. I cant understand why people like neutral colours and cold colours
