Still on no sleep, but we're not stopping!! Stoked to finally make the trip to @KSRPerformanceFabrication !! Kevin has been advising us behind the scenes for awhile now, and today we're at his shop for some drag specific mods, suspension set up & MY FIRST BURNOUTS!!! I count my burnout's, 3 seconds is good most places, so I say, "one one thousand, two one( hear take your finger off the line lock or trans brake) thousand, three one thousand, take foot off Gas. be as cosecant as your can. No hard braking at the end of the 1/8 or 1/4 unless you need to stop. one caliber could grip & pull the car left or right. Collette your a Born Racer, I love seeing young Lady's going Fast. Great progress! Btw got a tip for the 2k spray can. Keep an opened spray can in the refrigerator, and it will be suitable for 3 days! Did this a lot of times myself. Good luck, Dutch regards, Nico.

Hey have patience, It may take a few races to get it dialed in . New builds always have quite a bit of revisions to be made, but it sure looks to be on the right path to be a winner.

That is still pretty damn light for a fully caged drag car with some steel panels still. Definitely room for further reduction if you want to but I would be pretty happy with that weight considering the powerplant

For me, Kevin is most accustomed as an artist from his knowledge, and should be regarded as a god to newbies.That said he is super experimental and very very capable for his hypothesis in this environment and, lets be absolutely transparent, a monster of knowledge and learning to thrive from...I take nothing from you and the guys Collete, but as you said, experience is key and to my mind you could not have made a better choice....

An absolutely gorgeous Mopar, the Lancer GT is a true classic. The power is amazing but they screwed the pooch deciding to hit you all with the standard transmission and a clutch this year.

I hope you continue to dip your toes into the drag racing thing with this car as it is some great content for your channel and having a car that well built and correctly setup would be a rewarding experience to learn. My aunt had a 1964 Dodge Dart 4 door convertible. It looks just like your Lancer GT. In high school one of my friends bought a Lancer GT. Ended up turning it into a drag car.
