These trucks can run on sunlight. And maintenance on Tesla's is so small compared to ICE engines. Where do you get this information?

It's not even being used by Tesla to deliver the CT from the Austin factory. CT leaves the factory on a diesel truck .

To be useful the Semi needs to be produced in high volume so many many battery cells must be produced, and a 1 MW fast charging infrastructure must be build, etc. So in the meantime Tesla just needs enough Semis to collect data and to improve the design. Anyway, the future is electric so it will be a huge success.

If the Tesla Semi is so great after all these years, then why is Tesla still delivering most of their cars on diesel trucks? I’ll wait for the excuses…

Probably cause they suck at long hauls. I don't think their "mega chargers" for the semis are built up yet

Only 100 tesla semis. Pepsi has most of them and Tesla do sometimes deliver their cybertrucks on Tesla semis. Chargers for semi is not common.
