Thank you very much 😅. That makes sense actually. I didn't realize he was a policeman but yes lots of important buildings around so security is important!
I followed your whole series of Sri Lanka, will start watching the other countries. You have a lot of followers who enjoy your vlogs. Your kindness is contagious!! Hope you enjoy Thailand. Take care mate ❤️
Hello, you are from Belgium, where my brother lives. First of all, welcome to Thailand. It looks like the omelet rice you are eating is a handsome merchant. And most importantly, Thailand is a country. I'm smiling and cheerful and here I welcome everyone to travel. I wish you happiness in your trip to Thailand.
I know that people in Sicily put lemons in their coffee, but I didn’t expect that people in Bangkok also put oranges in their coffee. Then I want to invent watermelon, apple, pineapple, and grape in coffee! For some reason, the dragon in that indoor shopping mall reminds me of durian, haha! I wonder if you like durian now? Usually having to buy two tickets means changing routes. Maybe many countries still have the old system! You are very generous and like to tip everywhere! Thank you so much for sharing such a happy day, it’s a great job! 👍👍🤩🤩👏👏
That's the reason I love traveling: to discover more of these unique foods and drinks. Also exploring new cultures always excites me! Thanks for watching!
@@timtense It is my pleasure, thanks to you too! You are a great and perfect gentleman, I am very lucky to be your friend! Take care! Happy travels! 👍🥰🙏
Orange coffee is the menu that is popular in Thailand. You can find this menu in many cafes in Thailand (not just Bangkok). I really love to drink this menu for refresh in heat of noon before come back to work in afternoon.
Tim that man who sell “wade and tea” for 800rs got arrested 😂😂😂. Sri lanka never let anyone to scam our valuable tourist. See you again in sri lanka. ❤❤❤❤
April is the hottest month in Thailand, and this year is even more hotter than usual because of the heatwave. Stay hydrated and avoid the sun, do like Thais, walk in the shade especially on the skywalks that are all over the city.
Great video exploring Bangkok for the first time! The orange coffee looked intriguing and you got to try some delicious Thai street food. Navigating public transport in a new city can be tricky but you managed well. Looking forward to seeing more of your adventures in Thailand!

So I’ m a legend!😄😄 -You can use your credit card (visa or master card) instead of buying mrt token 😊 - You were lucky that you didn’t get heatstroke. I was there on 17 April (the yellow building near grand palace) eventho I am Thai, I almost died by the heat 😅 It was funny and nice of you when she reccomended pepsi as the best drink in Thailand ❤ and you bought it as suggested 😂
Yes you are a legend indeed. Thanks for watching! It is extremely hot, I'm trying to avoid going out during the hottest time of the the day as much as I can. The Pepsi lady was funny indeed. I was expecting a totally different drink 🤣
Hello from Thailand :) I'm a cafe owner (but not in BKK) and I'm the one who like Orange coffee but it is good taste or not depends on coffee shop and the orange juice 😅 And I want to recommend you to try Coconut coffee! We have 2 kind of them : 1)coconut coffee : coffee with fresh coconut juice 2)coconut coffee latte : coffee +fresh coconut juice + milk + condensed milk I hope you can try them before leaving Thailand haha Enjoin your trip in BKK na ka 😆😆
@@timtense Hi Tim. Thanks for your comments mate. Yes, I have been to Thailand twice, but the heat killed me. I found it very hard with the high temperatures. I do love Thai food and I have learned to handle the heat from the chillies. I noted in one of the comments posted by @cloudzero1547 that April is the hottest month in Thailand. I was there in late January some years ago, and I thought someone had led me straight off the plane in top a Crematorium. Heat is something I cannot handle. Anyhow mate, have a safe journey. Cheers 🏴
Tim, Bangkok population is also afraid of sun light that’s why we make skywalk link from mall to mall , every mall on M floor is the exit to Skywalk or to sky train (bts) also to cross the street we use skywalk also,
During April which is the hottest season in Thailand. You have to come between December and February when the weather is less hot and cooler. Another public transport option is by boat.
gotta appreciate that male staff’s honesty telling you that orange americano is not popular in Thailand even though you just got yours from him. Thailand has got a very huge coffee culture here sometimes people want something new and exciting so they have like Americano Soda, Chocolate mint americano , Thai tea americano etc but at the end of the day, coffee is coffee.
Haha yeah, I heard it was very popular actually. You're right about the huge coffee culture. I see it everywhere! Luckily I'm quite a coffee addict so that works out nicely for me 😅
Welcome to Thailand, everywhere here is waiting for you to find it. It's very hot lately. Don't forget to drink water to cool down your body. May you meet nice people and greet you with greetings and smiles. Wish you happiness in our city. Hello and hope you like it here and come visit us again.
Bangkok is so hot in April so if you want to avoid hot weather. You should walk on the skywalk which connects the BTS to each malls. This is why Bangkok have many skywalk to connects place to place. Enjoy your trip in Bangkok Thailand🥰
Hi Tim , welcome to Thailand🎉 the right way to drink orange coffee. Is with straw., you suck the orange juice from the bottom and hold the straw up to cofee level so you will test sweet orange juice follow up with the bitter coffee in one shot

Hope you have a great experience in Thailand.👍 - The public transportation systems in Bangkok are quite okay but they require a lot of walks and different systems require different tickets. We still find a way to use one card for all systems. - Orange coffee is quite famous here I didn't know why the coffee shop in the first place said it's not famous. Nowadays some coffee shops also have yuzu coffee, coconut coffee, matcha coffee or even Thai tea with coffee😄 - I think the lady at 35:45 is the princess. The youngest daughter of the current king, King Rama 10. The poster there is for her birthday celebration.
I'm loving it so far. I heard it was famous, that's why I wanted to try it. Seems like I'll have to try a lot more different kinds of coffee. Thanks for the suggestions!
Thank you for visiting Thailand, I felt sorry for the staff at first coffee shop that should be more service mind (friendly) while anticipated with customer. By the way, money tip is acceptable in service industry such as hotel or fine restaurant but the local people in the market they don't need tip because they don't need to take advantage from customer.😊
I'm happy to be here! I think maybe they were shy or didn't know much English. That's why they didn't say much maybe. Luckily the next orange coffee I tried I actually mixed it and it was much better 😅
