Dude I seen another documentary where the guy married a daughter AND her mother and the two of them gave birth to babies on the same day just hours apart.

I agree. when I moved here I never thought I would be surrounded by the flds. I thought they were in the outskirts of southern utah. they blend in to our neighborhoods and there will be streets with wives and children and it's to look like they are just friends supporting eachother but they are married
Warren Jeffs has created compounds in various states to further confuse and hide what is going on. There's even one in Canada. The women who have managed to escape tell of continued abuse, child marriage, incest etc. I have a friend who wants to relocate to Utah because it's so beautiful (which it is) but I'm going to ask her if she is aware of the extent of infiltration by these polygamists.

*All* parents draw a blank from time to time on their kids names. My mom use to call me both my brothers names before she would say my name lol it’s very common. In certain parts of the world, polygamy is still practice today. The husband must try his best to be fair, provide for all his wives and all children. Also in my country, must tell the current wife/ wives if you wish to take another wife.

He knows their names. It's just easier for a person to associate a name with a face than rremember every name. That's why in school, when they teach you parts of the body, or parts of a cell, they use diagrams. Associating a word with an image.

So basically I'm totally involved in American life, culture, media, politics and so on since I was a teenager maybe because I'm an English speaker and find modern Hebrew a kind of unnatural. I also usually don't watch Israeli news but American, English and Australian. I also have relatives in US. So I know American law pretty well.

@@emmychannel5563 It is against the law to be married to more than one women. In these families, the husband is only legally married to one woman and keeps them in technically different households. It is not illegal to sleep with multiple people, or to have kids with multiple people. Polygamists typically live in small, secluded towns where they usually homeschool and have as little contact with people who would report them for anything they were doing that was illegal as well.
