I feel bad for her. ppl don't understand anything about age regression. Age regression is when someone that's been through some kind of trauma age regresses for comfort & to feel safe. Some psychologists n other professionals prescribe for some to do this because it does help to treat the situation, but some cases are severe. Edit: one of my friends age regresses but not to this extent.

Age regression is a real trauma response and if it keeps her from doing harmful things and is not getting in the way of real life and she knows she’s an adult then let her do that

She said that she started wearing diapers when she was 13, that's usually when trans people start to feel uncomfortable because of hormones. Maybe she didn't want to go to a public bathroom because in men's she wasn't comfortable and in women's bathroom she wasn't welcome. It is weird that she's wearing diapers, but I kind of understand it in a way.

The fact that they call it an addiction is honestly disturbing. As someone who age regresses (3-5 years old) its not an addiction, its a trauma response. I regress when im having a stressful time and usually mask it but sometimes i slip into littlespace and cant really mask it, once when i didn't mask it and actually took care of myself actually comforts me so much. When i think about it, just watching kid cartoons, coloring with plushies and blankets. I recently started taking care of myself more and not masking it anymore, i don't really have a caregiver besides my boyfriend. Its also not really an addiction, its a coping mechanism..
