Hi Marion, I’m from India. I usually keep Fridays as ‘Marion’s’ recipe day. So I get to make delicious Asian food. Sweet potatoes are definitely healthier than regular potatoes. My husband is the messy cooker at home 😀 so I avoid the kitchen when he is in it. Love you show. Christine ❤️
Marion, I love you. It’s my mom’s birthday and I made dinner for the whole family using your recipes. Six dishes and of course the noodles 🍜. It’s the first time in my life that I made a full table of yummy food (A little embarrassing to say, since I am 38 years old). Everyone enjoyed my cooking, especially my mom. Thank you. I don’t say “I love you” lightly since I am Asian.😀
Hi Marion, I am from Trinidad & Tobago in the Caribbean, love your channel and have been watching and trying your recipes. I tell all my family, and friends about your show.
Hello Marion! I enjoy your shows very much, very entertaining! I made your pad Thaï recipe and my sons loved it. Thank you for sharing these amazing recipes. ☺️☺️ I made hummus tonight with some bread, light dinner. We are in Montreal, Canada!
Vishnu Kapoor..India...and I'm learning a chicken curry from you, can you imagine...i like your method, it's fast and quick , i will certainly be trying your method out...A whole new perspective in Indian cooking ❤️
I tried this recipe tonight, it is so easy to follow and taste just like restaurant quality. My family is very impressed. Love the recipe like this, reduced time, but not compromised the quality. Looking forward to more simple weekday nights ideas. Love it!
Hi Marion! This is such an amazing idea for a series! I'm from South Africa, and the city I live in has the highest number of Indian people outside of India - so curry is a big part of our cuisine. I'll definitely be giving this a go next week!!
This is one of the best dishes I ever had. My familiy and I, we love it and in the meanwhile I cooked it very often. It´s easy, it´s spicy, the chicken is delicious an the potatoes are just great! Thank you so much for this recipe!
Hello Marion, it's Elaine from France. I love your videos and recipes because they are highly organised and well paced-out. Your recipes are easy to follow and I don't fumble too much while making them. Love your Asian recipes!
I am making this tonight on Thursday and I cannot wait to try it all your recipes look so yummy our favorite is the spicy garlic pasta I make it on a biweekly basis
Hi Marion, I was gifted a freshly caught pollock so after watching your sandbar bbq fish (rescue) for guidance, that was my tea this evening. Love your posts !!! Nothing like being gifted fresh fish unexpectedly!!
Made this last night for dinner and the family loved it. I made some homemade Garam Masala at lunchtime and used that in this dish at night. Really delicious and easy meal.
New York City here! I had a roasted beet salad for dinner, with arugula, orange slices, and toasted walnuts. I look forward to trying this chicken recipe sometime this week!
This is great having a side dish too. I often get stuck and wonder what will I cook with these dishes and end up just making rice. I am going to give the potatoes a try. Love you Marion. xxx
Hi Marion. I'm a fan of you and your mom. I love all you recipes. Wednesday is just an ordinary day for us here in the Philippines. But Friday is our special day. Just want to show you how I serve my chicken souvlaki from your recipe.
Marion I ♥️ your videos!! You are awesome, and I have learned a lot about Thai food and have even made some of your recipes and Mama Noi"s recipes too. Much ♥️ from Tennessee
Great new series! I’ve made so many of your recipes. My family has enjoyed the meals very much. But as to who is the messiest cook? That’s my husband. When it’s his turn he manages to use every pan, pot and all sorts of bowls and utensils. He doesn’t clean as he goes so after dinner we always have the biggest mess to wash up. LOL.
hey M, i am from pakistan and my weird dinner tonight was a roti with two crispy fried eggs. i have a bowl of yogurt sweetened with brown sugar as dessert and a lassi drink ( a bit of milk with a lot of chilled water and salt) to beat the heat.
I love your show ..I literally try every recipie on my family...lol..I am from trinidad and tobago in the west Indies...I love your recipies always on point....
Btw hello from Boca Raton , Florida I cooked chicken sweet italian sausage with red lentil pasta. Sautéed zucchini with oil and garlic and red onions. At end some parm cheese shredded ontop
Super excited about this new series! I don't even eat/cook chicken but I had a blast watching and will definitely keep those flavors in mind when I make tofu and potatoes next time! Cheers Marion!
Love this idea… love this dish ….I’m waiting for a guest to arrive over and I’m watching this and I’m cold and starving, even more hungry now lol Can’t wait to eat, I made waygu beef sausages, caramelised sweet and sour onions, avocado dip, Smokey bbq sauce
I know I'm late for questions, but what knives do you use??? Also my mouth is watering after I had frozen lasagne and streamed vegies.... I can't wait to try this.
Made this meal tonight and was soooo tasty. Glad you gave the tips about Garam Masala because I didn’t have any but had heaps of all the spices that make it up so I googled the mix. Great flavour
Hi Marion, I caught this on the Thursday night on the sunny coast QLD, and it looks yum. I’m thinking will be dinner tommorrow night for us :) Thank you, Michelle
Great recipes and a great idea of chicken and vegetables cooked together in the oven. Didn't think of it. Only thing I'd add in the tray bake- ginger garlic paste! 😋 indian food without the GG paste is good but with it is divine!
Hi from Singapore! Love watching your shows and love that you are doing healthier recipes now! Another challenge for you, could we have Wednesday recipes that involve as little washing up as possible?
Hi Marion. Pam from Malibu CA. Just (finally) got your cookbook! Made your yuzu chicken piccata last night, which is always delish! Looks like a fun new series. You changed your seasonings containers! Thanks for all your recipies. Also loving mama Noi!
Three compliments and one suggestion: Watching your videos over the past year or so has made me a better Asian cook. This new production is well done and very professional. I see that you put the label into the container for your spice - The Kashmiri Chili, I do the same thing and think it good. My suggestion is that you move into kitchen containers: spice storage, dry goods, etc.. I think I saw something about some folks giving you grief, I am sorry for them as they are stupid. You do a great job.
