Sorry for your loss…… take your time to grieve……know that the stages of grief are not linear and you will bounce between the stages…..just give yourself time…..you may think you’re coping but a small thing can trigger you and send you back to the beginning……I struggled with this for years before I accepted that grief isn’t linear…..Love yourself and be kind to yourself ❤❤❤❤❤
