❗️Attention, I recommend using ingredients in grams as this is a more accurate and correct recipe! * Cup = 200 ml
Ingredients
🍰Dough:
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
130 g (2/3 cup / 4.5 oz) sugar
7 g (2 tsp) cornstarch
170 g (3/4 cup / 6 oz) Greek yogurt
130 g (1 cup / 4.5 oz) flour
10 g (3 tsp) cocoa powder
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
Baking mold 20 cm / 8 inches
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 360°F for 35 minutes
🍦Pudding cream:
2 eggs
60 g (5 tbsp / 2 oz) cornstarch
130 g (2/3 cup / 4.5 oz) sugar
500 ml (2 1/2 cup / 1 pint) milk
Heat and stir until thickened
100g (almost a stick) butter
🍦200 ml (2 cups / 7 fl oz) sweetened fat cream
Beat until stiff peaks form
Assemble the cake like in the video
