Chlorine King Pool Service Something I’d like to hear your opinion on is how to set expectations for new clients. I have a few clients I did not do that with and now I’m paying for it!
It's very simple. Compile and make them e-sign a terms of service, not to be mixed with a contract. The document should outline things such as what happens with bad weather, water low in the pool, holidays observed, costs of monthly service, etc etc. If they don't e-sign it then service will not be provided. That way, they are all on the same page and there aren't any surprises. Believe me, I've been where you're at.
If I discover the pool is leaking after I take it on I'll suggest to purchase an auto fill and add $10 to their rate to cover extra chem costs. It also helps to use tabs in those pools to help keep stabilizer in the pool. If it's a salt pool I tell them I'm not adding more salt until it's fixed. Salt can get expensive quickly.
