John you should contact Bryce and get an invite to Giants live some time in the future. I know you are focused on Powerlifting, but if you learn to use a suit and with straps? You could potentially pull 1000lb and be the lightest guy to lift it conventional Strongman has a huge audience. I know you are popular and doing very well for yourself, but you are the best in your sport and i think you could grow to be even bigger That is a monstrous deadlift, congratulations!
This is by no means a critique, and i would never be able to lift these kind of weights, but your bench press is about the same as it was 8 years ago. Any reason that has stopped?
Looks like he's doing an active release technique, so he's on tight areas while flexing the muscle to break up areas of adhesion. But foam rolling is more of a band aid than anything else. If you have pain related to weakness/dysfunction you need to isolate the problem area and strengthen it. Most likely you need to work on the glute med/min and your torso/hip stability
i really don't understand why Haack is at his peak in deadlift but only close in squat and not so close in bench.......if your strenght is at its best it should be in all lifts.........why isn't it?
@@0bscura723no. we know that in the past John did 272.5 bench press and 365 squat but at most 410 deadlift........now he does 420 deadlift so he should do 275 bench press and 370 squat at least since he has become stronger but he doesn't do and as a powerlifting enthusiast I would like to understand why
