What Logan didn’t tell you was that while he was being beaten up, I (his mother, ) had a premonition. I felt like if I didn’t Pray right then, my boy was going to lose his life. At the exact time he was being beaten up, I was laying on my bedroom floor, pleading with God to save his life!!!! I’m a believer in the power of prayer & I know Logan will be back in church with me some day!!!! Love you son, so much!! ❤️
Wow same thing happened in my family. My aunt had a premonition about my cousin and she told his parents but they shrugged it off like she was tripping and that week my cousin OD'ed was was minute from dying if nobody walked into his room and found him. He survived and we thank god for that. We pray hard. I also had problems with pills and alcohol and I'm thankful for my moms and families prayers. This heroin has taken over a lot of the youth at our church and it's sad to see what the devil is doing. We have to be Gods soldiers and fight this evil but who knows how cuz it's so hard once the devil has his grip on you. Bro thanks so much for sharing your story, i am struggling with percocet addiction right now and it got to the point where im stealing from my mom and i know she needs it. when im high i have this constant thought like "man im quitting this tomorrow" but as soon as i wake up im right back to doing it smh, i want to blow my head off sometimes. rehab doesnt help me, i have to help myself but i just dont know how anymore......i use to be so social , but since i have done percocet , i now have social anxiety, depression and im socially awkward. i often wonder if pills can change your brain chemistry and make you think differently. i dont know man im at a all time low. im glad to see i wasnt the only one struggling with some sort of addiction. thank you for having the courage to upload your story, (im about to watch part 2!!)
Yungg Picasso Addiction is a vicious cycle bro i sure you've learned that the hard way. It sounds like right now your at the start of either a horrible road that leads to jail or death, or you can take the detour, by pass all the pain and suffering that addiction has to offer, and get clean now. Does your parents know that you have this addiction? If not, and if you REALLY want to get clean, then go to them for help. Be completely honest with them and tell them your willing to do whatever it takes to get better. Because honestly bro you cannot do it on your own. You really need the help, love, and support from your family because that will help so much. If it helps have them watch my story so they understand what its like to battle addiction.
i back fired a week ago man. its so hard because people in my house hold do it, and i dont have the means or funds to move and i have told them that them doing it around me triggers me and even hearing them crushing the pills trigger me.......idk anymore man, im trying though i really am smh
You said you’ve been stealing pills from your mom, go talk to her, tell her what you’re doing & that you need help. Move out of the house w/ the other drug addicts (you’ll never get clean there) Ask her to hold your pills and only give you x amount a day never more. Each day she gives you what you need to manage for the day till you start lowering by a pill or two a day and ween down till you’re off the pills. Your mom will be there for you and understand, please talk to her and get the help you need. Opioid addiction is no joke, no one can get through it alone.
@Yungg Picasso I noticed your comment was 6 months ago... how are ya doing??... I've never done illegal drugs but I was in a terrible car crash and had to take pain meds... They put me on Percocet... Dude!!.. Those things are Totally Wicked they made me feel like a total drug addict and I took them as prescribed!!.. A couple of times when my insurance was messed up or the pharmacy didn't have them and I would be out for a couple of days it made me TOTALLY dope sick!!!!.. Made me sick when I would take it and sick when I wouldn't.... I had always been a very sociable... I totally get it and understand because yes ... all that crap messes with your brain!!!.. The withdrawal hit me really quick also!!.. It made me feel desperate and like I said... I've never taken illegal drugs in my life.... But that Percocet is evil!!.. I watched you a year or so ago , i was at the height of my addiction, i was doing around 400mg a day of oxy plus other substances , im now 8 months clean of everything including suboxone it can be done, im still struggling but will never go back , your amazing brother
In regard to the change that happens wen going from pills to heroin...my addiction followed very much the same ...I had a sponsor way back when i first got clean that told me a quote that was they perfect description of heroin addiction. "Pills addict your mind, but Heroin addicts your soul" . Oh n i went through same teeth issues, mine started though from chronic auto immune disease. I was blessed to be able to get my surgery in mid twenties. Hope you are doing well.

I Love to smoke spliffs and drink liquor but only as a treat. I can cope with just coffee and Tobacco.
Your story is very similar to my brothers. You guys look alike so much, it's scary. From the tattoos, gauges and even the hair cut. Holy shit. I couldnt believe he did heroin, he shot up. I've always wondered what made him get so low to ever start. He said it was so easy to get. He was also using Xanax. The signs were all there, we just didnt want to believe it. The nodding off, closing all of us out, pretty much didnt give a shit about his daughter. Lost weight, his cheeks were sunk in, black under the eyes. He looked like death. He showed me his track marks one day when we were out eating with our dad, broke my heart. His weren't as visible the tattoos helped with that. Seeing him go through that addiction and seeing an ex with a meth addiction, it totally sobered me up. I haven't smoked weed in over a year. Like you said, you will steal and do anything for your next fix. He broke into my house and stole guns. On another occasion stole a check out of my checkbook and forged it. I'm glad to say he is now clean. We dont have a relationship anymore, but I'm proud of him.

Good luck to you.Try and get some hobbies mate,whatever go to the gym,hit the weights or learn a martial art just any interests.i was about 6 years clean and spent all that time in the gym I relapsed years ago.

Pills become that way to eventually, where you only care about them, not eating or showering or anyone. My friend is like that, she thinks she's better because its not heroin, but she is just as bad as my son was in active addiction.
@@Mischabelle87 ime you wanna cook it yourself, dealers add way too much baking soda to the point that it's shit. If you cook it yourself and use 1 part coke, 2 parts biocarb it's so much better but yeah, either way it's not a cheap habit to maintain.

It was the worst when i had a bunch, smoked it ALL because i mean.. Who can legitly save crack? 😂 if i had it i smoked it. Then after i scraped the pipe and got every last little hit i would just feen like CRAZY. Fucking crack..
Your story really hit me bro . im 27 in Kentucky. Started at 17/18 with hydrocodone and now i have to take daily high dose suboxone/ poppy seed tea/Xanax also bud/edibles. But your story really inspired me . ive come close to trying dope but never have but i have the urge to snort it. As i type this i have 5 suboxone left and 3 pounds of seeds. I feel like i just stay normal and i want a more heavy nod/ high. I believe in God so maybe if somebody reads this they could pray for me because I know im close to snorting it. Logan Daugherty the only way you can give back or "say sorry" is you take care of you! They all only wish to see you having a good clean life. That's the best and only way you really can say sorry to people you hurt. Remember you didn't hurt them on purpose, you didn't know better. Don't be harsh on yourself . And you'll get surprised what happens when you've been clean some years and have a "normal life" then they will look at you with pride instead of petty and you know you just said " I'm sorry for my mistakes " You ONLY owe yourself an apology, and you treat yourself with love and respect. When you do that, everything will fall in place 👍🏻
I've never been addicted to heroin but been addicted to a lot of things and I would say that weed was the easiest thing for me to kick I can go back to it if I wanted to quit for months at a time I just never had a big problem with quitting weed I have had a big problem with oxy's and Vicodin and other opiates I never went to hear when I went to my doctor and my doctor put me on Suboxone which also has opiates in it and if I go without Suboxone now I get ill so it's just a vicious circle doesn't really matter the doctors are just trying to give you whatever they can give you so you can take it one once a day and not be sick but if you miss your dose you're get sick
Dude there is a difference between coke and crack just like there is a difference between Vicodin Percocet and shooting heroin... there are levels to it and when your so far gone in a addiction u tell yourself it’s okay because it’s all the same
I just found out about 20 minutes ago a person I care about died of an overdose his brother was a heroin addict my father was a heroin addict they're both dead now and I myself am a heroin addict it's time for these corporations and the government to stop painting a picture of addicts as low-life no good pieces of s*** myself my father and the friend that I mentioned at the beginning are some of the most goodest kind-hearted stand-up people I have ever met I never stole to support my habit and always do what I have to do to maintain it that's not to say that I haven't struggled or that I'm better than anybody who has done things they regret to get well cuz they was sick from dope but it's time to stop criminalizing and demonizing people who are addicts and to stop throwing them in jail and institutions end the war on drugs is the biggest lie and joke in the world it's time for us as a global community to change the way we look at things we're running out of time God bless you all

You can't be *physically addicted* to *marijuana,* you can with a very addictive personality become *mentally dependent* on marijuana. An other then that *anything* can become *habit forming,* marijuana does physically help people relax an get to sleep and gain an appetite. But can become part of a *habitual routine,* like coffee every morning that you can't function without. Or may be kept distracted by and thinking about. An it's odd how the majority of hard drug users, meth an heroin, oxy users etc. Even those who use to smoke allot of marijuana, *stop* smoking weed and *only use the harder drugs.* The marijuana actually becomes *too strong* for people on hard drugs without and because they lose their tolerance. The thing is marijuana is actually stronger then allot of other drugs, an if people were to *use* it. It's a much better addiction to have and alternative to hard an physically addictive drugs, like heroin. Way better then alcohol, an better then cigarettes. Also you tell people that the first time you *shot up heroin,* that you realized you had been *wasting* it the whole time by smoking it. But then you've got to tell people the other "good" parts about shooting up. Like the staff infections and abscesses. Having to constantly buy and keep new needles around or you'll have even more problems and infections. The fact that most people might do far less of a drug by shooting it, but generally never go back from shooting up and experience far worse withdrawals way quicker then they would smoking it.
