"Change doesn't happen without adversity." -- Chloé Hayden So true; so profound.

Two of my favourite people. Your friendship and the respect you have for each other is beautiful. Thank you both for sharing vulnerable, open moments like this with us.

You and people like you have literally changed my life with your willingness to be open about all your joys and struggles. I hope the nastiness has eased now and that you have all the support you need

Ugh these comments asking you to upload more frequently on a video where you’re discussing recent struggles (I’m not sure what specific events you’re referring to in the video, but public scrutiny seems implied). I love your uploads, Chloe, but please ignore that kind of pressure from your subscribers and don’t overexert yourself, especially when you’re CLEARLY busier than you’ve ever been before. We’re not entitled to any more of you than you’re willing to give us! ❤🐸

I can really relate to Tim's experience with his daughter, though for anxiety specifically. My daughter hit her teenage years and started struggling with not wanting to be at school. Couldn't figure out why and it was really frustrating for me, because obviously as a parent you want the best for your kids and I didn't want her to be falling behind. It took a long time to figure out what she was struggling with, and of course me pushing her added to her anxiety. There was one day when she had a panic attack and I found her passed out in her room. Thankfully now we have got to the bottom of what has been causing it and she has been doing so much better and is back in school. Most of all I have noticed an increase in her confidence. I too had that moment where I realised that harder line of parenting that we had in the 90s doesn't work for my kids. It's the same for my son who has ADHD. As parents we can't be too hard on ourselves. Parenting can be very difficult, and we're learning too x

Chloe, I really LOVE how you interview people with compassion, fairness, and patience!! And I also believe that is how we should all treat our mental\emotional health with compassion, fairness, and patience. And I since saw Tim Michin being interview by someone else and he was right on point about how "public shaming hurts people that do not deserve it" and "that it is not just white rich people who are shamed.". And I would say that no one should be shamed for having any mental health problems, so matter who they may be. And I so believe in what the New Testament says about love written by Paul who bullied others before he saw Whom he needed to see and repeated, "When everything in life is lost; hope, faith, and love remain, but the greatest of these is love." . And I believe that love from God is magical and how mental health needs to be handled and dealt with love. Hence, as far as others have put their energy into shaming people for mental problems, could be recycled into how much energy could be put into understanding with love what people go through with mental problems.
