The lack of education and your big imagination are fascinating. Chicken are one of the dumbest animals known to men. They only care for the tics, because it's food for them. Your feel good interpretation is ridiculous.
Chickens peck at anything, whether there is anything there or not. I grew up with chickens. My mother had over a hundred. Being pecked hurts and I wouldn't want somebody pecking me in the ear, The dog sure doesn't look likes it. The body sure no problem. The ears completely ridiculous and it hurts
There is a trail cam in Australia that showes crows pulling off ticks from the roos an other animals at tge eater hole. Ill get my chicken an see if she will work for ticks!
This is usual to have ticks & fleas if dog lives out doors. Especially in farm environment. Can reduce it bathing it with control shampoos once a month. I have some reckless dogs , unfortunately the bird would be a dead toy if anything like this was tried.
Chickens do that to anything that moves. I wouldn't advise letting that chicken Get to deep in that ear. The dog obviously does not like it. And have you ever been pecked by a chicken, It hurts. I don't think this is ok at all The dog obviously does not like it. And it probably hurts. If the chickens doing that to the dog's back and on the body where there's Fur. And the dog let him do it. The dog wasn't told to lay there and do it. That would be an entirely different thing. Just because the chicken pecks doesn't mean there's something there. This owner is ridiculously lazy. And I could add in a few other words
@@marketbuy I wouldn't. However, I'm not convinced that the owners of this dog did that just for RU-vid likes. Maybe they live on a farm or something and the dog has issues with getting ticks? It's quite possible that the owner saw the chicken go after the ticks and started filming it. I don't know. I wasn't there. But the dog looks healthy and hopefully they are trying to find a solution to the ticks so it doesn't continue to be an issue. 🤷🏼♀️
Quite the opposite. The owner is making sure that his dog is rid of those abominations! Birds, even in the wild, will pluck ticks from other animals and eat them, it's a very satisfying symbiotic relationship! :) (you can look up crows cleaning wallabys of ticks, there are some videos on RU-vid) The bird gets a snack, and the parasites are removed from the animal... win-win!
