Ive watched some of your videos and i think i have congested acne but i also have hormonal acne. I just turned 17 and My skin used to be almost clear but it started getting bad a few months ago, started with small bumps which are probably congested acne and it started spreading, it kinda stopped but then i started getting a lot of cysts or hormonal acne in my forehead about i month ago, its so bad right now it it doesnt seem to be getting better, most on the ones in my forehead are kinda going away but more are growing. Started getting bumps that hurt around my mouth, cheeks and jawline too. I want to hear your suggestions, should i visit a dermatologist or what products should i buy
Usually, at your age hormonal acne is combined with congestion too. Watch my videos I did on Kelly and Brianna. They had both also. Start by going off the foods that add to the congestion first. NO peanuts, NO dairy, NO soy milk, NO oily fish, NO fired foods, little citrus. make sure your products are right for you.
