the biggest horror story i had is actually happening right now: I got a fill a week ago and already five of my ten nails r broken. i didn't pay my hard earned money to get a messed up manicure... i am so sad and kind of mad tbh.

It’s hard to watch this as a mom and wonder how on earth do you find the time and energy to get so much done to yourself. I just wished you portrayed yourself more as a mom and connected with the moms in your community about adding self care as part of a regimen that we can upkeep even whilst having a kid or kids

omg my nail horror story is when he electric filed my nails so thin they couldn't even grow out without breaking..more like ripping they were paper thin. and the paint was so bad it wrinkled even when he redid it

I wish I had Jenny where I live. She did a fab job! I really like it that it looked like she drilled your natural nails out on the underside. When I used to get my nails done she would do that it it was so much better than having ugly natural nails all janky underneath. I enjoyed this video, especially the hand massage part. I LOVE your nails, and your technician is a magnificent, skilled manicurist. I almost has my nails done at a salon, but in the end I cancelled because I am diabetic and the people I had talked to on the phone, seemed clueless about what to do with me. One salon was sooooo busy and LOUD in the background when I was inquiring and asking questions and I felt they were not really listening. I am not a fussy person but I did my research regarding how a diabetic's manicure should go. This is my health. I had booked an appointment and I had a really sinking feeling about it, so I cancelled. Now I am looking and Kiss Impress nails to do at home, but, in my heart, I want your manicure!!! :) Do you have any advice for me? How to find the right salon? I remember before the coffin hype was around this man gave me coffin shaped nails. I was like “WHAT DID YOU DO” I had never seen such nails in my life. I actually cried😂

Wow. I would never be able to find a nail salon like that. Haha. I like fake nails except I remember the exposure to UV light as well as the formaldehyde and other harsh ingredients in it! And usually the polish they use in the salon isn’t cruelty free. :/ wish they didn’t have that. I completely love your videos though. They are edited so well and keep me interested. I love your hair. How did you get thickness and regrowth? I know you’ve struggled with it in the past. Can you do an updated hair video? Such as the growth, regrowth, and thickness/volume! How often do you cut your hair as well as what shampoo and conditioner do you use?

As a nail tech just a quick tip, 80 grit is the "most intense" or highest grit, the most commonly used files in salons are 100/180 (is not the most intense, not close), 100 is for shaping and 180 is for refining (and natural nails), a buffing block is 240. 180 doesn't really change the shape (unless you go at it in the same spot forever) as I mentioned it just refines As you explained everything quite well I just thought I'd let you know. Oh the type of service you have is called a hard gel overlay :)

OMG please send your nail tech to me! I don't get them done at ALL anymore because I literally can't find anyone in my city who pays attention to detail like this! I kept ending up with some half-ass nails that were definitely not worth the money and time. Wow, those look fantastic :) :)
