Hi Sir well done.. Iam ENT practitioner in Iraq.. Hier treatment of obstructive sleep aponea is quite restricted! And unfortunately neglected...

You gave me hope that it was possible to get rid of tinnitus. I visited my Doctor (a young doctor) today and he said he has never heard of anyone getting rid of tinnitus. He makes me want to try even harder to get rid of it. Why, when I block my good ear whilst watching TV, I don't hear the tinnitus? Is it because I need to focus more using only the ear with tinnitus?

Sound therapy not working for me either. Nothing helps. Don't know what caused it Went for ear irrigation

Hi Dr Vic, thanks for all of your amazing advice on your channel. Can I ask, one thing I haven’t seen you mention (perhaps I’ve missed it) is issues related to the jaw and sleep apnea. There’s lots of evidence and indeed operations happening around the world to advance the position of the jaws if this is deemed the cause of OSA. Do you have any views on this side of things? Thanks

Hello dr, I just had the vivaer procedure done a week ago. The first two days I felt like I can breath and then after that I’m still congested. I can see my turbinates swelled up again, my ent also did a outfracture. So now the only way I feel I can breath is when I use saline rinse. Any idea on what’s going out? My nose seems a lot more dryer now too. Should I be concerned about ENS? I’m in the Chicago area.
