The amount of work you put into this animatic really shows! It’s fully coloured and shaded and on top of that the way you symbolise Saiki’s conflict with his God-like abilities is a visually creative treat! (I especially love the “they give so much to me” part!)

I came from Reddit and this is so amazing!! What program are you using if i may ask? :0 also I love all yhe little details that are in there. There is a sense of being trapped that's conveyed when dealing with his friends and receiving any gifts and rejecting them. Like he's feeling trapped around them but also that he feels teapped in his own mind in a way. I really love this animatic. Also very cute how he looks when his mom comes with the coffee jelly

@softhalo7133 hi!!! I use the paid version of flipaclip for all my animatics! I do a majority of my drawings outside of the program on sketchbook pro or krita though! Im really glad u and others were able to get the feelings i wanted 2 convey in the animatic 🥺🥺🙏 like an overwhelming sense of dread and tightness that just surrounds him constantly because of his powers 😭

@@deokkakii I love how it's a comedy anime, but there's still so much potential for angst. Like so many story points get brushed off pretty quickly in the anime and it's so cool seeing so many people create more for the story. And yea you definitely conveyed the dread and tightness really well. It's like he has to be careful if every step and move he makes and all the attention everyone is giving him just makes it worse and even if he tries to tell them not to they won't leave him

its kinda like hes torn between hating his powers and also feeling like a god because of them, and overtime he starts to kinda lose sense of himself because of them and (this is just a headcannon) he tries to escape his powers through death, but finds happiness from the people around him in the end. this is how I envisioned it but you're absolutely free to make your own interpretation of it!!
