In Season 3 finale, Nendo gets the mind read voice effect in his "you don't have to reveal your secrets" speech, right at the end. Although it's a repeat of what he just said, and it could have been used as a special effect rather than actual mind reading, I choose to believe that Nendo _did_ actually think that last bit, he put genuine thought into the words he just said to Saiki (and the group as a whole to get them to back down from interrogating his buddy).

Thing is, while that does explain why Saiki can't PREDICT nendou, he should still be able to locate him.

@@Nuclearburrit0 His Clairvoyance powers have to be active, they're not passively used. Alternatively, someone else can be thinking about Nendo (such as talking to him), which Saiki can also hear. But for the most part, unless Saiki makes a conscious choice to locate Nendo, if Nendo's alone, he has disappeared off Saiki's radar, for instance, when he tries to escape the school while invisible and Nendo was in the bathroom stall next to him.

@@EvilParagon4 I mean his telepathy should be able to locate nendou. He can use mind reading to tell where someone nearby is. The explanation for why he can't read Nendou's mind is that he thinks simultaneously with his speech with no delay. So if Nendou walks up and talks to him then he just hears speech. However this should mean that if he's just in another room, Saiki should still be hearing thoughts from him, even if it's just his actions in real time rather than his plans for future actions like normal.

He’s also a pretty wholesome guy! He cares for his mom, and his friends. He doesn’t want anything thing else than to make friends and eat ramen with his best buddy😌

@@sheebeebug yeah plus in i think episode 8 season 2 when saiki kept getting looped back in time, he kept jumping in the way of the truck to save a boy, another time he spent an hour looking for a boys baseball and overall its bs that he says that he is the only con of the show.

Nendou is personally my favorite character in the show so i fully agree

i can't think of a time i laughed harder than when i saw nendou's mom and dad. it was just so unexpected.

well it's different when you don't see someone at all and when you see a walking muscle body...

It’s different form actually seeing something then nothing at all. if you see a horrible looking creature that has a nasty face and drips drool everywhere, it would be hard to make a good friendship/love relationship with that person. So if you see walking muscles it looks like everyone is the same except with the body figure. If you’re blind you do t see anything at all so the voice is what attracts you

but that time in season one when they visited saiki’s grandparents and when he was on the ferris wheel with his tsundere grandpa who genuinely hates kusuo’s dad and lost his temper when grandpa went too far with the insults it was cute and showed that saiki actually did like him in some way 👉👈 (i’m bad at explaining things sorry)
