lol. That cracked me up. I haven’t seen it yet anyway. But he just made it to the point where he said New Yorkers are the smartest so I’m already objecting. I’ve seen too many videos of interviews asking random questions that are pretty common knowledge there.
@@notabomb3120 I figured so because of it being a stereotype of the U.S. usually. And I know people aren’t that dumb where I live, which he said later in the video is a dumb and uneducated area. Which I naturally disagree with, although there are lots of areas in the state like that.
Video idea: Record yourself going to a church service for each denomination over the course of a few months and give your opinion of them. Preferably with one of the church’s members so you don’t get completely lost, especially if you visit a Catholic Church. Us Catholics have a lot of rules.
That would make for an interesting video, but I'm not sure that Zoomer would have enough time for that given his stance on the importance of attending church as much as you possibly can at your own denomination's church, which would mean that he would have to either go to multiple services in a day or do something like an alternating schedule
@@EliB207 No. As someone who lives on neither and spent time in both, the west coast is S S I G N I F I C A N T L Y better than the east coast. I cannot stress that enough. I would rather live in an unstable nation than on the east coast of the US.
I’ve bee to NYC, despite it being dirty, it had some of the lowest crime rates per capita for American cities when I visited. It was also just exciting.
I hate that the South is as uneducated as it is. Not everyone down here is, there's certainly some brilliance within our midst, but I must relent that there's a serious education problem. That being said, I wouldn't say that being uneducated leads people to being conservative any more than it leads people to being liberal. I feel the south simply resists liberal views pretty heavily, and that tradition is far more important in the south than it is in the north, and so liberals mostly gave up on spreading liberalism in the south and focused their efforts on a more receptive population. But hey, I am not a psychologist or cultural anthropologist, so take my interpretation with a grain of salt.
The south hates "education" because it historically has a relationship with elitism. Population gets educated, lords it over everyone else, but then misses common sense competencies left and right. Tale as old as time.
@Pomni740 bro you have to get a life. Hopefully a life following Christ but at the least you gotta quit stalking RU-vid channels to be troll in the comments section.
Being “educated” is not a good metric of anything. Most people mean graduating college when they say that but I can easily argue that college is a waste of time and money for many people. In fact in the tech industry many hiring managers will turn you down if you have post graduate degrees because that means your practical skills are less developed than someone that’s been in the field. I’m from the south and sure the college graduation rates are less and we make less than the national average but the cost of living is low and the average person is very intelligent and self sufficient
RZ, sorry bro but as a lifelong resident of Louisiana, I gotta correct you. We don't just have voodoo, we have a strong Catholic history dating back to our Spanish and French heritage and a strong Protestant Baptist history. We also have the New Orleans Baptist Seminary which is a conservative Baptist seminary, the best food in the US, most interesting state government history, and one of the most important cities in US history in New Orleans. Sorry bro, but LA is highly underrated here.
My middle school religion teacher was from Mobile, which I imagine as New Orleans’s quieter, older sister. So I can sort of confirm the Catholic history.
As someone who’s from the south I have to say the reason he gave for the south being more conservative is completely incorrect. Here even Gen Z is right wing compared to places like New York.
I live in California and they just passed a law where it's illegal to throw leftover food in the trash to somehow stop global warming... please please give it an F.
Sad to see All of Oregon reduced to Crackheads. But honestly the F tier is fair. Eastern Oregon is Basically Idaho, and Western Oregon is Basically California without the good churches.
Nonsense we have the faithful in the West we're just outnumbered. Oregon is I've of the more beautiful states in the union but has negative cultural value
For whatever reason I always assumed Oregon was a lot further away from Cali than it is. I’ve heard rumors that many of the Catholic schools for priest are full. With all the folks watching videos and looking into History, religion and philosophy it was only a matter of time before they stumbled across a Catholic Church. If anything it still makes me happy to see people convert and praise the Lord. Not everyone is given the opportunity to read a Bible. Not all of these bibles and translations are good and true. But you really can, find a mansion, every Sunday, to worship with others. I guess for me , all souls belong to the Lord. And rebellion, is very sad and to be honest it is hard to tell between the fearful, doubtful and plain o’l baddies.
Nah, Portland is F tier. The amount of culture and history and nature in Oregon is worth a lot, and there are plenty of good churches! In the West, anyway. All the small towns in the Willamette Valley are quite conservative, and I live in a triad of three small cities that have something like 45 churches combined (we attend an Orthodox church that's out if town, but there are options.) Oregon does NOT deserve the slander.
Utah is so much more than just "Mormons". Mormons actually make up a minority in the state now and we have some incredible nature from north to south, not to mention some of the highest quality of life in the nation, good jobs, great universities (ignore BYU), and growing religious diversity. Utah gets at the very least a B, if not an A.
@@andrewpritt8739 Probably citing prominent RU-vid atheists like Jimmy Snow, who make it a point to deny the existence of any person in the bible, including not just Jesus, but Abraham and Moses as well.
California getting rated higher than Oregon is a slap in the face. When the reason is conservative churches, I can guarantee that Oregon has more theologically sound churches than California. Hehe funny east coast man never went to west coast
Also, I agree that Chicago is a cleaner version of New York City. And it's also better organized, probably because it was practically rebuilt when planning good cities was popular. Also, by Daley Plaza there is a literal skyscraper Methodist church that Operation Reconquista posted about a while back...
Man, I'm coming to love all forms of your videos. Man, I'd love to ask you some questions that I just keep contending with myself. God Bless you, dude.
@@redeemedzoomer6053 Hey as a born and raised Mormon who enjoys your videos and takes on theology that isn’t LDS I have one question: Why do you have a dislike for Mormons? I know that everything is weird about it such as the belief of a living prophet which contradicts what Jesus says and how we technically practice heresies but we believe in Christ as the son of God who died upon the cross for our sins and then resurrected 3 days later, we build magnificent temples in the name of God (although Masonic you have to admit they are beautiful), and we refuse to change our ways in the current world (Example: We don’t allow politics to rule everything in our everyday lives or beliefs). It’s mainly just a genuine question stemming from your statement of all Christians being unified as a part of the Kingdom of God in a previous video from this week talking about Non-Denominational churches and I don’t really expect feedback from you or anything but I would appreciate it if you told me your views about it. Have a blessed day or night🕊️
@@TheEmbodimentOfSorrow Hey man, I don't want to speak on behalf of RZ, but I'm assuming he is as concerned with LDS as myself and practically all doctrinally sound Christians. I'm not sure about yourself, but LDS theology has God as being a man who ascended to the god-head, rather than being the Eternal Creator that He actually is. Additionally, having Jesus as God's literal created offspring and brother of Satan is a disgusting doctrine. LDS rejects orthodox understanding of the Trinity, of who God is. They as well believe that faithful Mormons will ascend to their own god-head in heaven, getting their own planets like God. Absolutely falling for the first lie Satan said, "that you will be like God". Christians who confess Jesus as YHWH, the eternal God and Creator, cannot stand in union with Mormons, who deny Jesus as the eternal God. Once again, I don't know if you hold to (or even understand) the depths of heretical teachings of LDS, but if you do, you worship a different god. Just like Islam who claims to worship the same abrahamic god, but rejects Jesus as Lord. There isn't compatibility. Does that make sense? I truly hope and pray that you are led out of LDS and see Christ as the One True God. Beautiful structures and nice people don't mean anything when the Eternal God is denied. God bless you man.
@@gagestorto5305 Yeah I personally don’t agree with most things that Joseph Smith implemented into the Mormon Theology. It’s weird for Mormons to think that Lucifer and Jesus were siblings. I also don’t really agree with them on the Godhood status that we’re fed to believe since childhood since that contradicts Christ’s statement about being “The Alpha and the Omega…” What’s weird is that I was taught by Mormons that Christ is the Eternal God but I won’t disagree with a thing since you appear to have obviously studied the theology created by Joseph Smith in depth and I harbor no problems with your views and I typically do question the LDS church’s teachings. I am aware of a few heresies such as the belief that we shall become gods which means that Christianity doesn’t have one singular God but instead it’s polytheistic which contradicts everything the Bible says about God. Anyways thank you for sparing some time to message me. I am grateful to have received a neutral view on Mormons and I hope you have a blessed day or night🕊️
@@TheEmbodimentOfSorrow I also don't speak on behalf of RZ. I will point out that LDS scripture revealed in the 1830s takes a very distinctively Nicene-Trinitarian approach to the Trinity; see 2 Nephi 31:21 in the BOM and D&C 20:28 revealed in 1830. They also affirm the eternality of God. This is not to mention the mountains of evidence found in the still LDS-approved KJV Bible. I have a friend who is an LDS Church member and an priesthood holder, who explained to me that these scriptures are reconcilable with the three separate gods position (since God is united in purpose) and exaltation (since they are eternal in the minds of their spirit children), but I am doubtful. He has lost some of his faith and succumbed to his same-sex attraction lately. Some LDS Doctrines, like baptism of the dead that they justify biblically with 1 Corinthians 15:29 and with post-restoration revelations, were likely heretical or pagan practices during biblical times: www.bibleref.com/1-Corinthians/15/1-Corinthians-15-29.html I consider the Community of Christ to be much closer to "mainstream" Christianity, although I am not onboard with their doctrines on salvation and other issues.
Iowa actually is a great place to live. Des Moines (the city) has a full downtown and suburban towns. I lived in a big city for quite some time and the only thing that separates a big city to a smaller city is the quantity of strip clubs, bars, restaurants and traffic.
@@Pomni740 lm sorry that you believe that have you looked into the evidence? There is more evidence and documentation of Jesus Christ than evidence that Abraham Lincoln exists yet you don’t doubt he exists
I usually detect a bit of an accent in your other videos, but as soon as you started talking about New York it was a whole different level. Also, you should come out to Montana. There are some beautiful churches actually. It really shows that when the west was being settled, almost all the buildings were new architecture and purely practical, but they did really put some pride into their places of worship. It’s nice to see a nice original stone church around a bunch of old west buildings.
Bro gave NEW JERSEY an S. this has to be an opposite day post. New Jersey is the only state that rivals Illinois in being the worst. Like, it's one of those two, there is not another contender for worst state.
As a Tennessean, I wouldn’t say that Tennessee deserves S, but it at least deserves A. I mean, our nature here is beautiful, we have mountains, rivers, wild life and flowers, we get all fours seasons but don’t have any severe wether, we have a lot of nice churches, the state is more conservative as a whole, and the list goes on. Plus, we were voted the state with the second nicest people, number one being Minnesota. On second thought, though, we do have Memphis, so throw the whole state away at that point. 😂

Our bagels are good too as cherry hill nj is packed to the brim with jews
Being rated "F" by a Jewish Protestant is a badge of honor, and I'm not even Mormon. Gotta say though, he hasn't seen their temples; the designs may be Masonic but, they are magnificent. I've been to every open house they've had in my lifetime and I intend to see the inside of the Salt Lake Temple before it's reconsecrated. It took an agrarian community besieged by desert and savage 40 years to mine, cut, transport, sculpt, and assemble the granite and marble used in that structure and the dedication shows. Unlike most protestants, the Mormons actually have decent sacred spaces (their regular churches minus the tabernacles don't count; they're multi-use for sh|t like church ball and etiquette dinners). Overall, their detail and scale are only matched by some high protestant denominations, the Catholics, and Orthodoxy and its rich in symbolism.
@@Pomni740 Anything's possible, I guess; I don't really know. I never really studied theology, and I don't really believe in God. All I know is that the Mormons are nice people with a unified community and a superb sense of temple architecture. What is it you want me to say, clown?

For placing at least some importance on beautiful church architecture, you have to put Utah higher, even if you disagree with their beliefs. Have you seen any of the temples there?
@@nickharmon2157 Last I checked, the Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter Day Saints is a religious group that believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that he came to Earth and died for our sins, and that he was resurrected and defeated death. We also believe that the Old and New Testament are the recorded words of God through his prophets. That is, in my opinion, about as Christian as it gets.
@@nickharmon2157Not necessarily. @@crazyand2099 It certainly does a good job of evaluating arguments from both sides, but it's not a fence sitting position. It shows how in any capacity, weed violates sobriety and numbs the mind. In moderation, alcohol promotes joyful hearts and can be enjoyed to God's glory. But it can also be used like a band-aid, as is the case with marijuana use, that numbs and distracts.
@@lunarpanda77 marijuana in moderation is the same way, users use it to relax and lower their stress. He just goes to the extreme and talks about potheads who don't work, even though that's a small fraction of pot smokers.
