One correction - low DHEA-S can be caused by psychosocial stress, not necessarily physical stress from hard exercise. Acute exercise has been shown to increase DHEA-S, at least in the short term.
Interesting, your cholesterol panel looks great. Only thing that concerns me a little bit is your kidney function. You appear to be around 30 or so years of age, your eGFR should be higher than 72, ideally anyway. A high BUN and creatinine reading can also be indicative of stressed kidneys. You may want to explore stopping your creatine supplementation. Just my 2 cents, I'm no doctor but I routinely get labs done as well.
I think if I stop the creatine and take a few days off from the gym before my next labs I’ll get a more accurate read on my kidneys. I agree with the eGFR, it’s in range but definitely a little low. One thing I noticed with that, and this sounds nutty, but the type of allergy medication I take influences that marker a bit.
