You are soo lucky, you can eat all these healthy things. I can't eat a single bread, because of excessive gas problem. I think I am going to die, can't eat properly, loosing weight with anemia😭😭😭. I don't know what to do?

Well made video dear- chai coffee se kuch nhi hota I mean u can avoid if you want but absolutely no harmful effects from drinking either in moderation which is upto 3-4 cups a day yahan toh u know they survive on coffee😁 kab pata chalega yaar gender- don't know why I'm so excited to know 😂 Mine first time they had done at 20 wks but second time toh 18 Mai hi Bata Diya tha:-)

You should limit your caffeine to under 200mg a day. A lot of things contain caffeine like chocolates, soft drinks, energy drinks, tea, coffee etc. You should have a calculated amount to minimize the amount you take everyday. You can also try decaf coffee/tea for one time and regular tea for one. That way you balance it out. Green tea is also decaffeinated. So you can have 1 cup of that. But consult your doctor before applying any advice to yourself.

Hi Priya, some nuts,food and exercise are not suitable in pregnancy,especially the complicated ones.So whenever you provide information tell them to ask their care provider first before doing anything because it can be very harmful for them if they follow you blindly.no offense, love your videos,keep up good work 👍
