Khane ki matra kam kar do bhukh se thoda kam aur 3 time se jyada mat khao khud kam ho jayega weight mera khud 63kg se 53kg ho gya..Meetha to bilkul band kar dena chahiye

Don't cherish your cravings. Cravings are sign of deficiencies. First thing you need to do is to drop sugar and sugar drinks from your intake, Sugar prevents proper absorption of nutrition. Try just 1 week, thank me later!

Very hard to follow for a working professional! Also, it seems the total carbs content is very high. Don't have much healthy fat source and no complete protein (as plant proteins are not complete protein). Almost no source of vitamin B12 and iron (plant source has negligible iron). Many many flaws are in this diet.

Office me jab sath wala kuch khane ko offer kar de toh naa bolna accha nhi lagta log ego me le lete or iss chalte kabhi biscuit kabhi pasty kabhi chocolate kabhi cake kabhi burger, pizza naa jane kya kya kha k diet plan ki aisi taisi ho jati

Hello ma’am; I hope that you see my msg and reply ; my height weight ratio is accurate ; I eat home cooked meal always. But I have stubborn tummy fat; it’s looks as if I have conceived; rest of the body has no extra layers of fat. My liver reports are normal. Due to work schedule my exercise pattern is not consistent. bhai protein drink ya sattu kya hota hai? Sattu replacement thodi ho sakta hai protein powder ka? Sattu mein per serving protein powder ka 1/3 ya 1/4th protein hota hai
