Hi friends, thanks for joining me for the review and unboxing of my new Samsung refrigerator. Model # RF28R7201SR
It is a 4 door, 28-cu ft French Door that is stainless steel
Long story short: I do like it and I would recommend it!

Great review!! Just had mine delivered today! Having trouble with the temp control panel, as far as changing the set temperature and using power cool function. Any tips on that? Thanks!!

Throw the old fridge in the garage. We have 3 generations of Samsung that way. Kids treats in one. Overflow in the other

Thanks for the review. Hey, I have a question. When you had the fridge delivered and unboxed it, were the door handles pre-installed or did you install the door handles? I am asking you because with the pre-installed door handles, the fridge won't pass through the hallway. I appreciate your response.

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out! When it was delivered the doors were not on. They brought it in then added the doors. Otherwise it would not have fit through my front door!

😊I just bought one. thanks for the review! 1- have you tried the infused water pitcher? 2- is the crushed ice still crushing well? (We also bought a Samsung about 12 years ago that didn't crush well) 3-any shelving cracks or breaks? Thank you for your time! 😁

Hi there! I have not tried the infused water pitcher...sounds interesting! Yes, my crushed ice is still doing very well. No cracks or breaks in shelving or compartments. I have a big family so people are in and out of it all day every day...so far so good! Thanks for watching!

I bought this same refrigerator, and I'm so happy with the finish - no need to use special stainless steel cleaner. I am having an issue, however. The sensor on the door for choosing between water, cubed ice and crushed ice sometimes requires two or three presses before it senses the touch, especially the water selection. I'm curious to know whether anyone else is having the same problem.

Hi there! I agree about the finish! It really is awesome. I have not had any problems with the sensor for water/ice. I wonder if it's still under warranty if they would send someone out to fix it for you.

Hi Jovi congratulations on your new refrigerator. I just got one last week just like yours but I only have one large DRAWER . I love it . Your is so pretty. Did you buy stainless steel spray for refrigerator? TFS stay safe Amen have bless one. 🙏🤍❤🥰

Hi beautiful Pat! I did not have to buy the spray...and there have been not fingerprints! I don't know what they coated it with but it is terrific! It's exciting that you got a new refrigerator too💕 I hope you have a wonderful weekend💕

Hi. Thanks for this review. I have a question or measurement I was hoping you could get. Our space has a wall on one side of the fridge that makes it so the right door can only open 90 degrees. Can you tell me how far the door itself (not the handle) comes out beyond the side of the fridge when open 90 degrees? In the video it looks like it sticks out a bit.

How long did the ice maker to produce ice? We had one delivered today and it seems to be slow.

Hi there! I have not figured out that one yet and I have not taken the time to look it up. I am sure it's in the instruction manual though. Sorry I could not be of any help for this.

Jovi, are you on well water or city water? Even with the filter, I eventually had to turn off my ice maker because It built up too many minerals and just stopped working. I have filters outside and inside. Now I would just prefer not to have an icemaker.

Hi Rhonda! We are on City water, but in Florida we have so much lime! I clean the water outlet with vinegar regularly, so hopefully it will work for a long time. You must have a LOT of minerals in your water!!!!

@@CreatingwithJovi, I have some of that Florida lime in my well water too! My fridge is pushing 20 years old. I'm due for a new one so maybe I will try again with the water and ice. Hopefully, the technology has improved. I have had other Samsung products that I liked. I will check them out. Thank you!

Hi, thank you for asking. They had to remove the doors to get it through my front door. Once in, they assembled the doors.

Hi...thanks for checking out my review. I measured the outside depth and it measures approx 33" in total (including the door). (the door is 3" )

Hi Adam...I love it! It is really nice. One thing to note is the left door...on the inside...there is not much space for putting condiments. There IS space but it's not a lot. I think because of the ice dispenser. I buy food for 5 people. That being said...I would still buy this refrigerator again.

@@CreatingwithJovi thanks. HD is trying to sell one for $1250 right now clearance but when you figure in tax, the fact it is a floor model, and no free delivery ($99 just to get it in the door, no unboxing and install) we are tempted to pass.

Just bought this exact same fridge today ($1998 at Home Depot). Our previous 7 y.o. Samsung died on us. I'm not sure how long fridges are supposed to last. I thought 7 years was pretty good though. Anyway, can't wait to get it next week! Thanks for the review.

Nothing but bad reviews on Samsung refrigerators, I bought one without reading the reviews. You are one of a few that seems not to have an issue with it freezing up of pooling water. I hope that's still the case
