This rifle is a vibe As an American, I always have a weird feeling of happiness when I see a 5.56 AK, I can’t explain why I’m still trying to kit out my ZPAP M90 too

Sweet rifle. I only have in 7.62 but very much would like a 556 AK either a FB Beryl and or a 101 saiga would be optimal. Though if K-USA ever release theirs id very interested

Closest i got to this is my saiga 556 20inch sporter i fully converted to Ak100 series 5.5 folder etc . Most cut barrel i left my 20inches with 101 fsb etc.. so unique in a way. Nice rifle also you xould add the kns piston head to adjust the gas for your suppression of the rifle and then not need to buy rubber buffers. Works great in my saiga feels like a .22 rifle with normal .223 ammo.

How is the installation on the saiga piston? I heard it's a bit more complicated than on others. I'm thinking about getting one, it's not really over gassed too much, ejection is very consistent and the shells don't fly to far. Got a stronger recoil spring and the buffer for now

@@vorwaerts_nie_zurueckit was straight forward as drilling into the flush rivet until it could be tapped out. I also added a telescoping recoil assembly as well so she is such a soft shooter and having the longer barrel has 556 reach it's full burn and flat shooting! I wish I could get other saiga to make a 101 or 102.

Nice video! I have ALG spring and Chinese buffer on my AK102 as well. 👍Before changing spring, buffers last only about 100 rounds 😀

I had a slr106cr chopped and it wouldn't function without circle10 mags.My current Ak is a Kr103sfs.

I immigrated to US from Eastern Europe. I prefer US made aks, especially PSA 7.62 with FN barrel. I am just curious, I can buy 556 saiga for around 700 buckos in my country, can I bring it to US for persona use?

Exporting should be possible, importing into the US is a mess. I doubt it's worth the trouble

It's designed to not come off, not quite sure what you mean. Is yours falling off?

Can you fold the stock while having the rail and optics on the rifle?

@@mazyar2581 with the regular folding stock you can't fully fold it, but if length is your prime concern for transport it can still help. I usually remove the side rail, as the zero is kept, for transport when I have my full gear to carry

having a side folder 74. what would be better. wood hand guard or going to the modern age?

Well what is better is highly subjective. If you don't plan on attaching anything to the handguard, either go with wood or if you can find it, a plum handguard of the 74m

It's the buttpad that is used for the GP25, surplus... But I think a western manufacturer makes clones, maybe ATI?

2:19 I hate when people during training run with their guns muzzle pointed up to to the skies .. Should the gun go off that bullet could fly 2-3 km away .

The safety instructors at that range said that's how it's done there. Not going to argue. Either high or low have both their pro and cons
