@@mattieb3175 there are many reasons why you would want to swap the spring. maybe it's worn out, or you are suppressing the rifle and need a stronger spring
3 point. I like the extra stability from the front piece attached to the body via the main sling, the quick release buckle, not too cheap or expensive, it's quick to shoulder, and it readily works with AR carbine/rifles it was designed for. If set up correctly, it won't tangle, but a velcro piece doesn't feel very secure and could wear out. Won't use a 1 point unless it's a 2/1 convertible like the Magpuls but those are pricey and aren't universally compatible.
My Fenix light holds up since years without any problems. It builds up some gunk but wiping it down every time I clean the gun does the trick. For lasers, I don't have any long time observations
@@vorwaerts_nie_zurueck not just that, but also the stance. I saw this one video (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Gff3l-Rd3Vs.htmlsi=M9prBx8zH9dH1XIe ) on the correct stance when shooting an AK. The correct stance is to square up to the target, and lean much of your upper body forwards into the rifle. I’ve used this technique for many bigger rounds that would definitely knock my skinny ass down, so maybe try that out
Hast du deinen Handguard irgend wie modifiziert, damit die Reinigungsstange noch Platz hat? Oder geht das bei den original Izmash? Bei den amis soll die kein platz mehr haben.
I am having just the most amount of trouble getting the retainer for the handgaurds to clip back tight. I get roughly a quarter circle of a turn, and the thing won't budge after that.
2:19 I hate when people during training run with their guns muzzle pointed up to to the skies .. Should the gun go off that bullet could fly 2-3 km away .
Thank you! Great choice , enjoy! Can you get decent match ammo in 54r where you are based? Also magazines available? I'd sell a kidney to get 308 mags ...
@@vorwaerts_nie_zurueck Yeah but prices are very high in the last few years. I stocked quite a bit of SB 174gr match ammo and normal SB 180gr 50 round boxes from years ago when the prices were lower since I already had a sovied svd and a tiger. Unless I'm in the mood to shoot paper targets for groupings I tend to not touch the match ammo and save it. I also got some nice results with chinese surplus ammo but I already shot it all. You're right about .308 mags, a friend of mine has a Tigr in .308 and he barely was able to find 3 mags even here in europe where they are more common.
Just got a Saiga 104 and trying to figure out what to make out of it. I am looking into a similar sight setup so your videos are a great help. Ist there a reason you choose the Eotech with the QD on the Siderail? I guess you can also QD the whole rail if needed. Or is the higher Eotech better on the rail in your opinion?
@@vorwaerts_nie_zurueck Pleasure to help. Only the original bipod (AFAIK) had non-telescoping, longish legs. When folded, they’d interfere with your fore-grip… Not sure if there’s a modern offering for the bayonet rail. :-/ (If you find one, let me know; as a Czech shooter, I’m practically breaking the law by not yet having a sa. vz. 58 and I’m contemplating the very same model you’ve got… ;-))
Great Video and a very neat gun. I use a very similar setup for my airsoft AKS-74u and it works great. I still hope the PSA Krink makes it to Europe in the future.
This is top notch content! You have one of the most underrated channels imho. You deserve way more attention. Keep up the great AK content. Greetings from Germany :)
