I must be getting old cos I remember the E36 beater car era about 15 years ago, rattle can paint, monster decals. If I could have stashed a few away I'd be a rich man now!
thats the case with a lot of cars in the 2000s you could buy certain cars for really really cheap like couple of hundred then BOOM they went into the thousands 20 years later
Man I think if I ever got to see Adam’s collection of cars irl I would never leave, probably the best car collection on RU-vid, been a follower since the webisodes. His cars are BEAUTIFUL
Yess I love when you do these type of videos. Going out and finding different chassis. Would love to see more videos of you trying to find the right E36 with the crew.
Valcas in Poland sells typical rust repair parts for newer BMWs including floor and jack points. Also the BMW dealer still had frame rails and shock towers in stock last time I checked and they were not overly expensive. Replace that right front shock tower and that chassis is probably a decent place to start.
I remember way back when you got the blue e36 and started redoing absolutely everything so happy for it to finally get its biggest level up yet and this vid feels like a old school adam vid from the old shop
If you could get 1 other driver from FD (or just a friend who is stupid good) to go with you to Drift Masters, Who would it be? Chealsea, Fink, Vaughn? Just curious. (Know this won't be answered but throwing my thoughts into the ether anywho.)
Blast the shell fix it and get Collete to paint it before you order any more sparkly paint. the rust is not a major problem once blasted and you will have a frame you can trust or sell the shell to Rodnock for $9000
M3's have reinforced subframe mounts from th factory. The lesser models don't. Some people claim late model 328's have them too. I think that's about it chassis wise. Can't think of anymore differences. Maybe some brackets here and there for the Europe motor but probably not.
