Hey I suggested you both do a video showing how to cook curry rice (Japanese version) in a previous video. Perhaps now would be a good time for those stuck at home. I remember using 'babas' brand curry powder to make the roux so it's not too difficult and it tastes the same as the ones I ate in the restaurants. The roux can be kept in the freezer for some time so don't worry about making extra.
Nippori! I visited it a couple of months ago, the owner is Japanese, and his son runs the restaurant too, so it is a very authentic Japanese experience! I ordered the curry cheese ramen because they were promoting it at that time, very delicious!

still remember that the seats they are sitting were the place I had my last dinner with my partner last year before parting away, we had to part away due to she need to continue her studies oversea for some times , so we had to break the relationship. Watching this kinda brings back the memories hahahha the restaurant was super nice btw
I remember I had first tasted Natto when I was in an onsen hotel in hakone. It tasted a bit funny and silky. Hard to find it in Malaysia..Natoo always served in breakfast?
U guys should try malaysian version of natto 😂 which is 'gulai taucu'. After this when u go eat malay dishes (not mamak haha) ask the worker to serve 'gulai taucu ikan' 😄 btw i've tried pasta natto at japanese restaurant, the taste is very thick for me haha dont know how to describe~
Ah.. I see where this is. North of Ikea, near the LHDN HQ. I had a look at the menu, this seems to be one of those "no pork but we serve alcohol" type places. I'm intrigued by the natto donburi, haven't seen that anywhere else - maybe I'll make a trip up there to have dinner sometime, now those of us who are vaccinated can eat inside.
